Coz. You didnt talk anything about pain and symtoms that cause due to polyps.

Even I face this, and the only solution I found for it is to stop eating fatty foods like junk food, packaged food, and at-home food. I'm avoiding ghee and other oily stuff. If you eat non-veg, then avoid it too. I went to a gastro surgeon, and he gave me a medicine that would make the bile thin, and it would not put more burden on the gallbladder. Also, I'll have to go for a CT scan which will help the doctor see the underlying issue. You, too, should go to a good gastro surgeon and for a CT scan. If the polyps are made up of cholesterol, then it's not a thing to worry about, but if there's blood flow in the polyps, that means they are part of the gallbladder, and these are the ones that pose a cancer threat.
