Hi guys another fantastic video thank you for all the content. How do you extinguish the remainng lit charcoal at the end of a cook? Im very close to buying one of your units and im not sure if you have previously talked about it. Thank you

You can extinguish charcoal by spreading it out and letting it burn out by itself. We would not recommend putting water on charcoal while it’s hot/burning.
