    I lost 55 lbs since feb/mar by fasting 23/1 - I ate 2-3 tortillas with ground beef and salad. with some shredded cheese. but now that i've lost it, I'm definitely seeing less progress. Idk if its the carbs in the tortillas or what, But i've started to use less Oil and less bread. Drinking water only as well. But yeah, i do OMAD.

      Nice one in dropping the 55lbs bro, that's amazing! That tortilla sound's banging too haha. Yeah, cutting back on oil and bread deff helps. Sound's like you're not getting enough protein now though if you're only eating once a day. How much protein you having a day? What cals are you hitting? What's your height, weight and body fat?
