I’m a medical scribe, and something my providers recommend to patients with pain is this; apply aspercream to the area and cover with a wet, hot cloth. Keep covered until the cloth cools. Continue as tolerated. Hope this helps anyone!

I’m glad I’m not the only person who needs multiple carts when shopping!!! Having a large family when shopping can be a pain, we tried home delivery in Japan but the stuff was so close to date it was easier to go out and get my own. I use a heat balm on my aches and pains and I swear by it at least I can feel it working love from tokyo
Hey, Alicia! My profession is fitting people with all sorts of braces and unfortunately you picked the wrong wrist brace. The Mueller brace that was right beside the one you picked is what you need. It is the top seller at my store and very comfortable to wear at night. Keep the brace on while you're doing all your chores around the house and loosen it slightly when you wear it to bed. Good luck!

I agree the MULLER’s brand is so much better, that is the one I use for my wrist and and ankle.
The sturdier brace will keep your wrist more immobile while you sleep. It's amazing what we do in our sleep. I was wearing one for years before my Dr. finally mentioned I should be sleeping in it. What a huge difference!!!❤

I sleep with a wrist brace on both hands at night. They have a steel plate in the palm side. It really helps
I have an off the wall question. Have you noticed the caps on tge creamers are different? If I pick them up by lids they fall off??
No but that would make sense why two of our creamers recently had the seal broken. I should start checking them.

Throwing cases of drinks and other bulk groceries onto a booster seat will crack it! As will kids continually climbing all over them.

Carseat thought…. It could easily be wear and tear however try not to load them up with groceries or the older kids. (Weight limits on them)
No judgment because no one’s perfect and we had the same issues with the bigger kids trying to crawl into the infant carrier seats….or needed cargo room.
I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Best decision ever. My hands would go numb when I was playing the piano and at night as well.

Alicia - as someone with carpal tunnel (I've had 2 surgical releases), I have a warning. Please do not use the Lidocaine patches with the heating pad!!! The heat can cause the Lidocaine to be released into your body quickly and could have serious medical implications. Use them separately.
I hope you feel better and can avoid surgical intervention. 😻😻😻

@@jeanne9375Please do not use them together. It is dangerous. Sorry about your frozen shoulder - it is sooo painful. I had it and worked it out in physical therapy. My therapist told me it's one of the top 10 most painful conditions. 😢

@kittykatz3518 I also had two surgical releases. Carpal tunnel pain is no joke! Surgery though was wild because you’re awake and your hand is numbed up-hope you’re carpal tunnels feels a lot better 😊

When I was pregnant, my arms hurt so bad at night. The doctor told me to wear wrist braces at night. That worked beautifully. Once I had my baby, they didn't hurt any more. Does anyone know what could have caused that?
It’s hormones and swelling. Same thing happened to me during pregnancy and perimenopause. Lots of tendinitis during hormonal shifts. 🤦♀️
If you are looking for a really, really good vacuum that will last forever and works amazingly well, look that the Dyson ones at Costco! They are pricy but worth it!

I have had my pet Dyson for 12 years now,still works great even with 4 different cats and 4 hairy doggos. I do have it serviced yearly.
Our Joshua was in a booster til the 6th grade because Goldenhar syndrome causes weaker neck muscles so he literally had a backed booster til age 10. We moved him to backless and I had the same thing happen with the cracked pieces .
They have a new flavor in f muffin bits they taste like cinnamon rolls they are so good

I don't think it's a case of getting water first or last it's having to lift the packs of drinks themselves, that's a lot of weight to be lifting with a bad back and carpal tunnel
I have a recommendation for when you go to Costco next week. Bring at least three or four of the teens so that way you have to lift less because of your arm issues.

Not everyone realizes too that car seats also have expirations or that they need to be replaced after an accident as well. I didn’t know that either.

Yes she does! She buys extra to make sure they have a back stock of certain things. She isn’t the only one who does this. I do it too with what space I have. I thought it was normal to stock up on stuff you use a lot. She also does it because of Covid you could only get some much because of limits and it caused a fear in some of the kids that they were not going to have enough food because of their past in foster care.

I think she should use up like half of her overstock then start restocking from the back. Do a special video on pantry/freezer meals with what you have on hand. I have watched her shop for food then put it away seeing the same items on hand already. She needs to do a clean out of soon to be expired or possibly expired foods in the pantry and freezer.

@@g.w.gichama7983 She does, but her weekly menu is based on what they all want. I think they are suggesting they build their menu based on what they have because there are probably a lot of food in the freezer that is getting very old.
Sometimes Walmart fruits are better in Monday or Friday because they put to new products!!

McCormack food coloring, hot water and vinegar make much more vibrant colors for eggs. Plus you can make a lot of colors with food coloring.

I dont know what brand of Ramen noodles your kids like but i recommend the brand Maruchan ramen noodle soup its really good 😋
You can always get canned potatoes...they're good for when you're in a pinch, need fried potatoes for breakfast, or any recipe you need to have your potatoes soaking! So easy when you're feeling lazy too....especially in dump and go dinners!!

Yay another shopping video! I love these! I have the same heating pad and it’s amazing but does get very, very hot. I love it lol. I keep it on my couch and use it anytime I’m sitting there either watching tv or reading. It’s so good. 🩷
Oh and talk about so good during the winter time to snuggle up with. 😊
Be careful with massagers. I got one of the ones to massage your back in a chair. I used it too long, made my back sore!

When I was putting it together in the crockpot coating, yet no getting it ready, and everything at first I was like.Oh no this is going to be an epic fail, However instead itDID NOT DISAPPOUNT!!! Let's mention the fact that played a double role for me.Not only wasn't dinner but it was shock full of all the things that I need to Keep myself on the good side of the annivia back and forth game!!!
