Fantastic video full of so much information. It's so true that as artists, our main goal is to have a visually impactful website and while we may create a site that is easy to navigate, most of us just don't design it with the client in mind. I believe most industries are guilty of this. This video really helped to open my eyes. Holy crap! I have to make sure my site is solving problems and answering questions.
