Of course, I've accepted some bad orders, but occasionally, I get a good one stacked on top. I'm aiming for the Platinum tier, which I haven't reached since 2018. I want to experience Platinum for educational purposes. I also use other platforms like Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Instacart, and I'll be featuring them in future videos on my channel.

Hi @Kev55mcc, thanks for your question! Yes, sometimes there are challenges with communication, especially when customers or places aren't aware that I'm deaf. However, I always make sure to use clear notes or text messages to explain my situation. Most people are understanding and accommodating once they know.
