I was around level 450 and i used the stanina regen talisman, the crimson tear talisman and i dont remeber the others

Fire knight chest, gloves and leggins, messmer helmet, milady, misericorde and grave seal talisman. For incantations i used vykes dragonbolt and my stats were 80 end, 80 vig, 16 str, 90 dex, 88 faith and 22 mind
