Why does he always back the slide down before opening up the packer blade?
when the truck is nearly packed out like this, the trash under pressure behind the will fall back into the hopper and sometimes push it back out on to the street. Lots of rear load operators manipulate the pack cycle to prevent that

Nice!! I'm a big fan of New Way RLs, especially the King Cobra. It may not be McNeilus speed but they can pack a a load for sure!
They're quite popular in Boston, definitely not a bad choice for most haulers there.

Casella has recycle and Russel has trash
That was true when the rollout happened, but Russel does both streams now
Nate garbage trucks and lawn care Russell dumps the recycling at Casella Recycling in Charlestown that’s why the carts say Casella recycling on them
