Thank you, Lord for all that you do all that you've done and all that you're going to do in my life I had a massive aneurysm on 25:55 October 1, 2023.... this traumatic event has changed my life. I have been praying for revelation of the people around me that are very close to include my husband. My children and extended family members life has changed for me. I turned 60 on June 13 and I'm not driving or able to many things in my life right now. I am praying for acceptance, and adjusting my life I'm trying to anchor my faith in God😢

I heard that playing Christian music at a very low volume will keep them away, I haven't had sleep paralysis in a long time so I'm not sure this works but I know if you find your voice the spell will break
