so CMT dashborad only shows the conferences i registered to? before that nothing shows so far, on the other hand the IEEE conference i am looking into has the deadline for paper submission for peer review this 3rd may but the registration panel is still empty. can u please help!

No if you are signing in for the first time, then it will show all the conferences out there on the Microsoft CMT
