I came from corporate America and you're right Roland... The white guys not only said the P word, but I've also personally witnessed one, that I respected, said the N-word. This has nothing to do with being masculine; this is crude and rude behavior, which they miss. It makes other workers who are not white men feel harassed and possibly makes you feel like stay in your place, be happy you're here and deal with it!!!
