Any decent sound guy with that studio would make these amazing player sound well and mix them well. However those musicians not any decent player can play like that. I’ve been mixing in my home studio only a couple years and I can put together nice sounding mixes already.
Tommy Igoe is definitely one of the top drummers in the industry. When he joins up with some other incredible musicians, we get to enjoy some Amazing music. Drumeo always Rocks!!!

Love the cross stick accented rythems, dynamic playing with WIM,killed it guy's for sure!! Tommy's clean build ups with organ leading into Bass Solo and drum statements around kit.Sweet
Yes, the dynamic changes were amazing and to keep the balance, wow, kudos to you. I met Tommy years ago and he is still one of my all time favorite drummers. Blessed by the keys and Guitar work. Mind blowing performance. GOD BLESS y’all.

Man, Tommy's playing is stellar as usual. But damn, his snare sounds gorgeous. Right in the sweet spot, tuning wise, for me. Major props to the other two musicians too. Killing it!

I saw him at a clinic in the Drum Shop in Portland Maine. He did something similar with this through his Groove Essentials book. Him and his late father are masters!
He did a night or two (I can’t remember exactly) at Yoshis in CA and it was all Steely Dan songs. It might have been just Aja, regardless the clips I saw were incredible. Horn section killed it and I’m pretty sure he had a few guys from Fagens band with him.
I was watching Tommy's Drumming, it looks to me his snare drum isn't set up for traditional grip his left hand is really close to his knee. But he still sounded good..

Great quality work by the sound engineer but please don’t try to put that on par with the level of talent and skill being displayed on stage
