id say for a beginner maybe charge about $15-$20? definitely start by practicing heaps on your friends & family

+Kittzay wow that's pretty cheap. here in my home town which I know very cheap, they charge around $300 / bride. excluding bridesmaids and parents. In Jakarta or cities around Java, it can reach $1000/ bride. I know this fact for sure.
on weddings you can't charge cheap for Christ sake! I once got my makeup done for clubbing and paid $80 including the lashes in Cairns Australia..

Amanda Hyatt same question and I know only 2 of them one brighting under eye another one translucent but what the 3rd one
She puts a different translucent powder in the extra one
she said she uses RCMA in one of the Laura Mercier containers

Hey Jazz! Was wondering when you do mobile clients do you take your ring light with you? Because I find when I do mobile that clients don't know I need good lighting so I find it hard to do makeup in there house when it's dark or just using lights from the ceiling hehe
Could you please do a video about how to start being a freelance makeup artist and everything that you need to know like how much money you charge, how you got recognised/ ways to get recognised etc. this would be super helpful!!!

I'm amazed by your skill and how you manage to do all those pretty girl's makeup PLUS the bride. Here in Indonesia, the makeup artist for the bride will only handle the bride, and for the other will have other muas to do their makeup.

I notice u save time and skip out on cream foundation and contouring of the nose .. I’m going to concealer under eye like you and set it and just powder contour .. very easy and clean ! Love it thanks so much !

Wow they all look stunning!!! Can I ask, how could you achieved this look if you had one person with super dry skin and dry under eyes? Powders seem to cling and look cakey x
Lauren Coull make them mousturize a little extra about 15 minutes before applying makup to her

Lauren Coull I'm a makeup artist and people with dry skin I think you should stay clear of powers because it's just going to cling to dry patches even if you moisturiser. Use a light pressed power under the eyes to prevent creasing, the mac powders are good!xxx
Thank you Lucy for your reply too. My friend already uses a Nars Radient creamer concealer, and I would have thought a Ben Nye cameo powder would have worked but it did cling BADLY. I'm very stressed I won't make her look beautiful on her big day
