There was a very good balance in 3.0 war still happened a lot arguably way more than 4.0 but there were also a lot of “events” to bring rp for everyone on the server so it was easy and flowed well everyone getting a chance for some good rp interactions but the devs/admins being “extremely” lazy is what killed rp in 4.0 the cargo and war is not the issue
