Good process, and I agree with your Era Digitalis Thesis. I studied Physics with Entrepreneurship and was exposed to similar perspective then. For me personally, I aim to ride the wave and get maximum payout for minimum time and effort, to make room in my life for my passions. Just a shoutout to my fellow cruisers at this time of hype - you don't have to be all in on era digitalis to participate and create new possibilities for yourself and those around you. Still, you have to make sure you are acting, even if your approach is more moderate.

I've been downsizing most hobbies and distractions to focus most of my time outside of work on learning how to trade. I am still in the simulation mode, but I have an amazing mentor who is coaching me several times a week. I am so so so excited to learn this skill and to transform my life and my family. And I really appreciate content creators like you who share your insights/analysis to help people like me understand all of this stuff.

My calendar is has been blocked. I get the sense the first step will be the hardest. There are many things I currently do that work because I made good decisions in the past. It is time to retest old assumptions and be open to change that will be uncomfortable.

I'm absolutely terrified of Era Digitalis. I liked the 90's.
Listening to you, IA, Sailor- it's as clear as day- Era Digitalis is inevitable. I have to move according to this reality or have my family or be left in the backwaters of society. Should I keep a clear head, wild wealth and security will be at our command. Blow it, game over. The stakes and the speed in which this is happening is startling. It's also isolating. I don't know a single person who is close to being aware of what is happening even in broad strokes. Being a former luddite forced into being a futurist of sorts out of necessity is a strange position to be in.
Looking on to this year's US election- I think people's concerns are misplaced. Era Digitalis is a speed boat, and the masses are worrying if Biden or Trump is going to be the one onboard with a paddle. It doesn't matter much. We can't rely on a country or party or politician to save us. We as individuals have to be vigilant and nimble and self-reliant or be consumed by advancement.

Hi CTO again thank you for offering your Wisdom. I would really like to do your course and have been thinking about getting more into the technical analysis aspect of all this. I myself was in telecom and worked for companies that were created after the bell companies broke up and I also worked for MCI that was all back in the 80s When I had to still explain to people that there was no tape recorder anymore for a voice message that it was on a computer card! Those were fun and exciting times as I was installing and Training people on all those new systems!

I have a question, Mr Larsson, this regards to homework. Do you know which, if any, system will be a part of either CBDC or Digital ID? ICP could be a good option, but so could Cardano, and many others, including XRP. The answer to that question could be life-changing, as those systems will be the largest by far.

You overestimates the technology for sure. Unfortunatedly, this "exciting changes" will lead to more pain for human nation. I'm speaking not from the "guy with clarinet" point of view, but a sofware engineer. The Technology you are talking about is not just useless, but can't be used for anything good at all. First, it will lead to massive layoffs of Designers and Video engeneers, then it will lead to deepfakes that sparks even more fear and uncertanity...
Instead of working with yourself humans are constantly searching for the "new shiny thing" that will fix everything... We are dreaded to extinct within next 10 years for sure.

Bitcoin works. If it didn't, then I would not use it to store the value of my savings. "blockchain" doesn't work without distributed consensus. And guess what, only Bitcoin has distributed consensus. Deal with it.
So dramatic! Look, I don’t think anyone questions the world will change drastically in the next 10years. But right now, it’s hyped. I’ve seen hype like this for gene editing, 3d printing, drones, etc.. the time when all the speculation becomes reality is so far in the future people have forgotten about it and found something else to excite them. My personal example: need a 3sec clip of a human hand swiping the index finger down. Camera position is over the hand and viewing the object below. I looked , and tried about 8 different ai products. None of them give me results I can use professionally. We’re years away from our imagination. So who can you invest in with confidence knowing the dust hasn’t settled? That the real value- identifying who has the best chance of success in fulfilling the promise. Random FOMO is risky, especially at market tops. Skoal!
In todays fast paced world, hype is a very (the most) powerful wave of momentum. You can stand in front and get smashed by it, or be aware and look for ways to benefit from it even if you think it is going to come down crashing. Look at crypto now, sadly the premise is good but the reality is that nearly every coin is absolute rubbish and lets face it 99.999999% of people now are in it for the $$$gains and not the tech. Every project atm is pretty much a pump and dump (just to different degrees). I could chose to not get involved and ignore it, but the market doesn't care about me and it will pump anyway. So I choose to participate knowing that everyone with a crypto opinion is really just pumping their project because they bought in cheaper so I need to be ready to exit at all times and definitely avoid locking in tokens anywhere it takes time to get out. As for this last bit of AI releases....notice it was timed just as the Apple, Microsoft etc prices are starting to stall or drop. I suspect some big execs will be selling their shares into this wave of hype.
