@CheesyDip It runs a total of 4 hours, yes, but was originally loaded in more bite-size videos. DO watch it. When he talks about the theories of Madeline dying in the apartment, they say "WHY" would we do this or that, an innocent parent would say "HOW" could we do that to our child. It would be clear why they would cover it up, but impossible for a parent to fathom how a parent could do that. Their guilt is so obvious now.

    • @torstenscholz6243
      @torstenscholz6243 Год назад

To anyone in their right mind, their guilt was *always* rather obvious from the beginning and just became more and more clear over the years. It's so depressing to see how the evidence against them is so obvious and compelling, yet still all of the media as well as the British Police are still falling for their proven wrong lies. The British Police investigation, which has cost more than 13 million pounds of British tax payer's money over the years still treats it as an abduction case, despite the Portuguese police having clearly shown that an abduction neither happened nor was it even possible. Instead, they're now unsuccessfully trying for alomst three years now to frame that German suspect, despite there being absolutely zero evidence against him (contrary to the McCanns) and it being obvious that he is just a scapegoat.

Take those two neglectful, overindulged liars, to two separate police stations, and ask them the tough questions, and keep asking until they crack, she definitely will break. The way they are shielded and mollycoddled is in itself criminal. How many adults will be interviewed under caution with the partner allowed to sit behind the other and give comforting cues? It's just ridiculous.

I mean how ridiculous and biased is that. That's why the UK police are not allowed to entertain the most obvious theory that the McCanns were involved in Madeleine's disappearance and are only allowed to explore the abduction story for which as we know there is zero evidence - well only Team McCanns fabrications: "The shutters were jemmied" "The curtains went WOOOOOOOOOOsh". The term "Arrogant" is spot on for Kate and Gerry. Self preservation is their priority. If the mccans really thought "abduction was the furthest thing from our minds" as gerry said... They felt totally safe, as the infants lay in a foreign bed, alone, doors unlocked , then why suddenly was abduction the first and only conclusion they came too - Kate running from the room instantly screaming "someones taken madeline" so which is it? Is "abduction" the furthest thing from your mind... Or the first thing on your mind? They have the arrogance and audacity to speak to the public with clear contempt .... All the while showing zero shame or guilt ... And we the caring , decent loving , public are supposed to feel what for them? It appears they are much too arrogant to even admit that simply leaving children alone was wrong. Good luck EVER hearing a volentery full confession.

What really stunned me was their behaviour soon after Maddie went missing.
Who is able to go for a ‘stress-busting’ power run to a summit when their child is gone … ?
I know one all grieves differently but one is bereft, gutted and wiped out …. ?????
I get the sense that the Gerry has rehearsed his words and trained (drilled) Kate into delivering well rehearsed narratives.
Gerry’s nostrils flare when he talks to the press … a disgust and a disdain for his audience … they set themselves as the authors superior to ‘the ordinary’ public.
They wanted to party with their dinner friends … they drugged their children because they would otherwise be an INCONVENIENCE. They overdid it with Maddie and felt entitled to carve out a master plan and narrative. Kate is like a child and Gerry keeps her like that.

This is quite feasible - in the 1970s I moved in circles of high society as a "sought after" nanny. Parents routinely gave overdoses of phenergan and other drugs so they could go out. I was overstretched and had to keep an eye on the children of 3 or 4 families at once. Any one of those children could have been overdosed by their parents before I came on the scene. It was commonplace to "drug" children so that the parents could have an e evening out. I could not be in three places at once. I knew it was wrong but if I spoke out, I would have lost my job. In the end, I walked out anyway (long story and this is not the place to air what happened) but I KNOW that some couples think they are above the law. Contempt and arrogance are partners ion crime.

Hello Peter, I was watching some video today of the mother describing her last moments with her daughter. She describes (approx) "toilet, teeth" the entering the bedroom with the children and reading one last book... "if you're happy and you know it" . I find this odd because that is a song, not a story book... and the only books I could find with this title were sing-along style books. What an unusual choice of activity at bedtime when you are trying to settle a child for sleep as you prepare to leave the villa to have drinks with friends... to sing a bright, bouncy song, that encourages children to clap and perform other physical movements... A song that is sung with children to stimulate them. Mrs McCann appears noticeably disturbed after the words leave her mouth, she loses the flow of her sentence and abruptly ends her statement. You could interpret this reaction as McCann becoming emotional as she recalls the moment ... but it looks more like the reaction of someone who realises what they just said, could raise suspicion.

I noticed the book thing too, there is a book that’s not a sing along version but it’s hard to find, majority with this title are indeed sing a long versions. She definitely realised she’d make a mistake in telling her made up story because you don’t make mistakes when it’s the truth even if you say it in reverse you don’t consciously think backwards so telling a story in reverse is much easier when it’s true

As to sexual abuse, Gerry’s words recently are alarming. Kate would have “guilty knowledge” but Gerry’s language is deeper in this perversion . Mothers sexually abused in childhood can go to extremes: hyper vigilant or failure to protect.

I remember so many strange things about this case. One that comes to mind was when the parents went to see an expert artist years after their daughter went missing. The artist was going to provide them with a portrait of what their daughter may look like at that particular time. The artist revealed the portrait of a beautiful young girl and there seemed to be very little emotion or none at all. I remember the mother saying something like she felt disappointed somehow as that was not how she imagined her. That stunned and saddened me. Any mother would absolutely break down upon seeing what her beautiful daughter would or could look like at some future point in time. Also, the morning after Madeline went missing the parents came out and were walking with their other children...and they looked so casual. It was the morning after and daylight reveals things or we see things that perhaps we missed in the dark of night. I think most mothers would be jumping over walls and running through bushes and doing all sorts of things trying to find their daughter because it is much easier to see things in daylight. But not them...just walking as if it was just another day. Too many odd things with this case that I can think off but that portrait and the morning after spoke volumes to me.

      Fascinating Peter I've just subbed.
I've followed Richard Hall for a few years too so I look forward to you on his show.
As for the sociopath arrogant father and broken brain washed mother I believed quickly after this case broke here in England that they were to blame.
I've always felt he drugged a boisterous child so they could enjoy their evening and he came back to find her dead.
Obviously fearing the worst ( Prison, loss of career etc ) he got rid of her body.
The interviews of him always holding his wife's hand...controlling her like I'm sure he tried with everyone he encountered at work etc, smacks to me of a very devious man.
      She's the weak link.
The truth ( if it ever comes ) will spill from her lips but only far away from her domineering husband.
..and to even make money out of his careless act while sneering at the public sickens me.
The poor little girl slipped into the abyss and her dad made sure he came out clean.
      Sickening.
Subbed anyway you're a very intelligent teacher.

I have a feeling like Kate is the one who inserts non-pre-meditated comments in their interviews like she's confident enough that she wont make a mistake. My thought is it's more likely that she would once slip on a detail than crumble under guilty conscience. It's been 10 years, the most stressing part is over! I also have a hunch Jerry really doesn't like when Kate opens her mouth, every interview ever, every time she speaks he gives her looks like "Do you remember what you have to say? Okay, that's okay, keep it short. Let me do the talking. What you saying now? That's not how we practiced it. Don't improvise, you'll screw up."

I have seen footage of his wife around her kids and it made me question her character to the point, where it seems possible that she might have killed them and he killed her and then covered it up because he was having an affair he thought the police would think he killed the kids to start a new life...but obviously this is all speculation until we see the evidence before we can be sure of anything....he hasn't actually admitted to killing the children, only his wife after he said he seen her killing the children..it's a very interesting case but it's also very sad whatever happened.

It sounds odd but I remember thinking the hair bows and jewelry Kate wore immediately following Maddie’s disappearance were odd.
I know we all handle trauma differently but in the weeks/months following the most traumatic event of my life, bathing and wearing clean clothes was the best I could do.
I had to be in my dress uniform for the funeral and I have memories of my friends helping me put my uniform on correctly.
One of my friends had to do my hair bc I just didn’t give a damn about getting it put back in a perfect bun.
I was so despondent I would probably have gone with my hair barely brushed.
I don’t remember how I got to the funeral. I imagine we were in some kind of procession but NO memory.
Again, I know we are all different but Kate’s color coordinated hair bows and earrings bothered me.
It was so odd to be that she thought to color coordinate and put BOWS in her hair.
When they went jogging, was that really 2-3 days after Maddie “disappeared”?
If so I just can’t understand that. Who could get up and go for a run KNOWING their child could be being sexually tortured or brutalized.
I may be a b@tch but I hold them responsible for Maddie’s disappearance.
If I left my daughter and two nieces alone to go drinking?
I would tell the police to take my @ss to jail if one of them went missing.
They have never said how sorry they were for making such a terrible “mistake”.
Jerry tried to JUSTIFY leaving his three young children alone WEEKS after Maddie went missing.

The water dam wall was accessible by car at the time.
The depth near the wall is 65 meters.
    Only surface searches were done.

13 million pounds were spent but...

Can I ask Peter, have you or Richard had anyone contact you asking you to remove the "Embedded Confessions" video?
From what I have read and watched, the McCann's would try to sue anyone who challenged their version of events (Including the lead PJ detective) and I am wondering if anyone has reached out to you in an effort to get the video removed?
For a lay person like myself who doesn't have any understanding in statement analysis, watching you deconstruct their statements and then explain the "why" there is a problem is just absolutely fascinating. What looked like a normal phrase or sentence stands out like a sore thumb and seems so obvious after you explain the issue. Just amazing.

That detective life was destroyed by this case in every way possible, the only people who have benefited from the murder of there child is them and there so called friends are well paid for there support! They better hope none of them have an attack of conscience!! I felt so heartbroken for them. When this happened, but as soon as they came back to Britain and started doing interviews I knew they were lying and there was so many red flags and inconsistency. A few that stood out to me 1 they never searched at all 2 Kate stated it was her turn to check on her children so how would she know the door was not how she left it when she wasn't the last one in there 3 Kate washed Maddies cuddly toy was one that really made me sick. I have 4 kids who are absolutely fine I have 1 daughter who is now 18 she had a cuddly sheep that went everywhere until she was about 7 and she gave it to me for the weekends and holidays when she was with her dad so I didn't miss her as much it's now kept unwashed in a clear plastic bag. 15 million and counting on a baby girl they know is not going to be found that money could have saved 100s and 1000s of really abducted children who are alive. Kate wrote her own words about her baby girl private parts, as a mother if your child was abducted your mind would go to overdrive but I don't think u would write about her perfect vagina all torn up. I find that extremely disturbing especially considering that they showed no concerns about what there baby girl might be enduring all I heard was Me, we, I, us . No thoughts is my baby crying for mama, but she did think about her babies perfect vagina all torn DISTURBING !!! Scotland knows you are lying bastards!!

I have observed that Kate McCann has obviously aged during the subsequent years after Madeline’s “disappearance.” I believe that she has genuinely suffered, despite the signs of contempt that she has displayed. Instead of going for the obvious, all of the media are still believing the abduction nonsense and are now convinced that that German guy is responsible despite there being absolutely zero evidence against him. With all respect, I think you should rethink your standing that Madeleine's death was an accident. During the search of the McCann's home in England by English police, whilst the McCanns were still in Portugal, an interesting and probably damming piece of evidence was found. In Kate McCann's bedside locker was a book. Normal, one may say, many people read a book in bed before going to sleep. True, but who reads a book on "The Police Processing and Tactics in Child Abduction Cases" or something titled very similar. Which Doctor reads that kind of thing? Why did Kate McCann interest herself in police operations in child abduction cases just before she went on that fateful holiday? I found the information on Goncales Amaral's blog - Amaral was of course the Portuguese Police Inspector who initially investigated the case.
I personally regard this evidence as substantial and in a just world, Kate McCann would have to answer some very hard questions pertaining to this book. What a tragic coincidence ! Just a few days after reading about police tactics in child abduction cases, her own daughter is allegedly "abducted". I personally do not believe in such coincidences. Finally, she must have overlooked the fact that her home would be searched while they were still in Portugal, that is why this evidence is so important - it is one of the few pieces of evidence that wasn't altered by the McCanns. Seems they aren't as clever as they think they are.

They are guilty of supreme neglect and child endangerment for leaving their children unattended in an unlocked apartment right next to a road and out of sight and sound from where they were wining and dining when babysitters were gratis and available. Of course they doped their children. All three. Remarks were made as to how the twins continued to sleep through the commotion. The entire case is sickening.

Why, why, why does everyone continue to overlook what I believe could be one of or even, the most important comment, made by the McCanns during so many interviews. Kate and Gerry McCann state in one interview that one morning Madelleine approached them at the breakfast table and asked "why didn't you come last night when Sean was crying" and in another interview they claimed Madelleine said it was she who was crying. It may seem like nothing right now but when one considers the statement of Pamela Fenn whose apartment was adjoined to theMcCanns. She claimed that on the 1st May at 22.30pm she heard a child crying, gradually becoming louder and continued for 1hour and fifteen minutes. The cries became louder and more expressive and eventually began to call out 'Daddy Daddy'. The woman had no doubt that the crying was coming from the McCanns. Mrs Fenn further states that she heard the apartment door finally open at 23.45pm but did not see who went in but the crying then stopped. It is easy to assume Madelleine was crying out for her father but could she have been crying TO her father. Was it just Kate who returned home. I understand there is no evidence of anyone seeing Madelleine afierce that day although it is claimed she disappeared on the 3rd May. Finally, I was amazed to learn that they claimed they never locked the door of the apartment when they went out and left their children alone. Who else may have been in there the night of the crying? Was it by invitation given the door was left open?

A very interesting comment came up on another RUclips video, regarding the claims of the older lady upstairs hearing crying and the word 'Daddy' over and over again , the night before she was 'officially' declared as kidnapped.
They pointed out that a distressed child would generally call out for their Mother..so could it be that the crying and 'daddy' was not from a child at all, but misheard and possibly Kate crying and saying 'Maddy' over and over.
Richard D Hall found the timeline questionable and addressed the fact she may have died prior to that date.

Yup, as Cat Man points out, she was seen on 3rd May by a Créche nanny who was familiar with her (Catrinona Baker, if I recall right) and others. She was an independent witness. Even if you point out that Baker became friendly with Kate & Gerry later on, she was unknown to them until their Portuguese holiday and Amaral found her statement trustworthy - he proceeded, therefore, in the belief, she was alive in the afternoon of 3rd May. I think Peter Hall's narratives rest on a lot of 'on the fly' justifications.
