Manipulating 101 vs Negotiating 101. Obviously, I want the former. Listen to a 'need' and then what though? I lack in this craft of subtle words and diplomacy. My weakness. I'm a doer.

Perfect scenario. I plan to use this. I’m gonna write it down and practice it in the mirror

This is perfect for my situation. New pest control company. This was my first partial season. What I need are new ways to speak with customers, new or old, about the value I can serve their home or business with. Would you have some tips? These proposals can be in person, email, by phone. I felt your energy less than a minute in, so I am interested. Watched another video from Linked In learning on google analytics, so I subscribed, and now I'm here. Good call, I think! I NEED higher education on marketing and advertising for my business, but I don't want to be too salesy for sure.
