@@Otherface well, its years of abuse on the voice actors in america that did this... i hope the voice actors get better pay etc after all this... these contractual voice actors companies always charge too little for their contract which makes them pay little to the voices... and the studio can pay more for these contracts, the studios will just choose the cheapest. Hence why actors accross a wide variety of contratual companies have been going on a strike, to force all these contract going up at the same time, effectively eliminating the too cheap option
Some people might just play the game without paying attention to news surrounding the game or the industry as a whole, and thus might be unaware of the strike and/or how it is affecting the game. So by including it with just a note of the EN dub being muted rather than excluding it prevents people from commenting asking why the EN dub was excluded.
@@zakosanco31 The strike is against union projects, not non-union projects. The EN dubs for Hoyo games are non-union projects and thus are not subject to the strike, at least not directly, however the situation is complicated and and non-union projects are getting effected as collateral. Now certainly there are EN VAs that are on their own extending that strike to non-union projects they're involved with like Hoyo's games, but legally speaking that's not actually part of the strike.
Ohhhh Asta, Herta's personal credit card.
"EN Asta muted" caught me off guard😅
As a dub player, the constant amount of characters being muted is giving me large amounts of depression..
Same here. Is almost as if the whole universe really wants players to play jp or something.

Im never playing EN again, all VAs striking 😭
It is very unfortunate.
Not sure if every missing VA is due to the strike, though.
Some are not just strike, Silver Wolf EN VA is missing due to her and her family house on fire accidents-
sometimes its just scheduling issues like lycon in the zzz 1.4 story quest
@@UncountableStageThat’s very awful for her and I hope their family can stay safe but Silver Wolf got new lines in 3.0
@@awesomeperson5150 They had a GoFundMe page and last time I checked it yesterday, it had already reached 95% of its goal.
I don't understad, why include muted en version of every interaction in these vids?
