@@stefanomancini6569 4.5 and 3.4 feel the same to be honest. Very comfortable and fast. 3.4 are a bit lighter so if you climb a lot then 3.4 is better. If you live in the flats then 4.5 for sure.
You’re a monster on the bike - love your videos! I’m hoping to see some indieVelo content soon?! Are you joining in on the indieVelo Grand Tour starting in a few days?
Interesting but no way could I afford these and I’m not sure I could I ever see a reason to want to spend this much guess I’d need to ride a set.. I use Borg hand built wheels cx rays etc and they are brilliant but good to see inside saddleback and what a they do with Enve 😊 Pete 🚴🏻👍
Enves with CK hubs has to be the pinaccle ...Ferrari of wheels. How much they will help your performance? Who cares if you look cool as f*** at the cafe 😂
I love Chris King hubs. I run them with 25mm ID hooked carbon rims, 50mm deep, CXRay spokes.
They are on my 2025 wish list and I’m keen to build up a set of dream wheels
Love the moots in the background! I own the same one ( Vamoots CRD ). Lovely bike. Make a video about it :)
I shall ask if I can steal one for a few weeks

I really love the logos on the wheels❤
Yeah looks great huh
I own 3 pais. 5.6 Rim brake, 4.5 Rim brake and the latest 3.4 disc. All perform really well.

@@thedronescene7474 Thanks
I love the look of the 4.5’s
When did they start doing custom wheels again? Website only has specific options.
Call up Saddleback. They can make you whatever you want as they build them all.
I think that’s how you end up with Enve wheels and Chris king hubs.
But why do they use hookless?
Cheaper to make
Then they charge us extra premium. It's inexcusable 😂
Because they like to live on the edge.....
Enve used to be edge 😂
Because its cheaper to make at the expense of the consumers.... saying this as an ex ENVE lover
SES 4.5s on 28mm GP5k..ultegra 11-30 and Ultegra disc brakes, OrangeSeal..2.7kg for both.
I’m desperate for a set of Enve SES’s
But I’m a Sram boi

@@thewattlife were you able to catch any of the indieVelo Grand Tour excitement?! The end of October there is an 11 day stage race as well 👌🏻
bearings do not get rounder with use. any reduction in friction is seal friction reduction, shear stability- thinning of the grease or loss preload.

Who’s paying that much for a pair of wheels outside of pro teams
A pro Dentist
lol @matkrek
Can you customise them😂😂😂
Over hyped and over priced - there are Chinese wheels that are as good if not better but hey, fools are easily parted from their money…….
