Sorry to hear! Are you coming up on your valve service? Mine started to leak around 10.5k miles so I would just stick cotton swabs in to soak up the little bit of oil that would pool each time I serviced the chain until I had my valves adjusted, at which time they replaced the o-rings.
@@hiimchad I got a 2020 model with about 3k miles on it. Reading on the forums it seems that it could happen to any mileage for the last couple of model years produced!
@@Wreckage72 that is what I’ve seen as well. It seems the o-rings can be pinched when the engine is being assembled, so some bikes have had a leak develop not long after riding out of the dealer! I think it would be worth seeing if it could be covered under warranty since your bike is still so new and has hardly any miles on it
Idk what it is but it sounds like your tuonos quick shifter is much faster and smoother than mine. I have a 2022 tuono non factory. My quick shifter makes a much more audible and hard click almost. I can't shit mine as fast as you do. Hard to tell just from a video but going off sound yours sounds like it shifts faster.
Mine makes audible cuts at lower rpm, but when it's higher in the revs it shifts much faster in my experience. Maybe the exhaust has an effect on that as well?
Buttholed a car on my way home on my 2011 gsxr 750. They were doing about 10 and I was probably going 25. I wasn't paying attention. 100% my fault. Ended up bending my wheel, suspension. My radiator got pushed into my exhaust etc. But I had forks and rim from a 07 zx10r in my garage that I slapped on, got a new radiator, front fairing stay mount, headlight and used my buddies old gsxr 600 plastics. Had it up and running two weeks later for about 200 bucks. Long before I was fit to ride again. Ran like a champ till the day I sold her with 70k miles or so.
Glad to see you're back on the bike and doing better! I just went through the same bike rebuilding process on my Daytona. Now it's in track fairings haha. I ended up getting the MotionPro throttle kit you run on your bike. I was curious which color cam you run on your bike? Do you think you'll be at Buttonwillow on 4/3 with Trackdaz?
Thanks Kyle! I'm not totally sure which cam was in there, but I think it was the 35 and I think it was blue. I doubt I'll make it out to the track before the next CRA round. Still need to get my suit fixed and replace my gear!
@@hiimchad bummer, would be awesome to see you out there! I'm thinking of doing NRO so I can race amateur 600 with CRA. Working on getting the bike safety wired. Did you drill your caliper bolts or did you buy replacements?
did you ever have cruise control problems? my exact same tuono as yours always cuts off the cc randomly at any given moment it wants to. sometimes i can cruise for 1 min straight but other times it just dies every 3 or 10 seconds..
I miss my Tuono, in November it started leaking from the spark plug vent holes. Have yet to get it fixed. Glad to see you're back on the bike!

Glad your back. Especially with tuono content lol
Is that what you're here for? Not just for me? 😂✌️
@hiimchad both but i sure loce you more on that tuono!!!
Glad you’re relatively unscathed Chad 😅 I for one have missed your Tuono content.
Thanks Dean! It seems like a lot of other people have as well 😂✌️
Chad, idea for some interesting content. Show us your old crashed gear and the new replacements, reasons why you chose.
Thanks for the suggestion, Joe! 🙂

Wow! Very sorry to hear about that, but amazing you were able to fix the bike for so little! Your resourcefulness is excellent!
What pipe do you have on your Tuono?
SCProject CR-T!

Man I hate you!
Just yesterday I decided not to trade my MT09sp for Tuono V4, but now that I saw this, and heard that V4 roar.. Im thinking again
Hopefully it's not too late to go back! 🙂
@@hiimchad Next season for sure!

Nope! My cruise control has always worked as it should.
You have got to learn to talk while holding onto the handlebars!
