I wish they would design it to resemble the 70s model year. The lines are not giving it a muscle car stance
The trackhawk is much more badass due to its awd
these still sell like crazy guys.... as soon as the sales dwindle then they’ll release the new platform. They’re making so
much money off of this platform that the next one should be the latest and greatest in technology with all the money they have now
I've been telling folks this! As long as they're still making money they can develop the new Vehicles, keep them in waiting until this is no longer profitable
Dodge is doing great, but I agree that they really should have updated the interior on the charger and challenge to look similar to the Durango’s interior. The exterior of these cars doesn’t look bad, it’s only getting better but I feel like they missed a great opportunity to update the interior
Yeah totally, let’s add AWD to keep the weight in check. Stupid stupid car. 5000 lbs with AWD. Sign me up!!!
I've been going back and forth online and then confirmed with dealerships over this I've been told that the adaptive cruise control option is not available in the technology package on the hellcats.
I think there's a reason most dodge muscle cars are not available in AWD. It could be because it's cheaper to increase the car's acceleration by adding more HP than adding an AWD system which makes the car heavier. After all it's a business and they need good sales, with muscle cars people want the fastest thing possible at the cheapest price possible.
Definitely needs AWD so it can hook up and launch like it’s intended to do. Most people who buy this car don’t race so they don’t need it. They buy it for bragging rights but would total it if they tried to race
yeah! now imagine if it is AWD
5:15 - 5:45 and still waiting for the performance pages to load......
I will wait for a redesign
That’s not a “family car” that’s a race car with 4 door
Yes.. they need AWD
Nah it’s fine, better than fine.
So it can be even heavier and require even more horsepower to make up for it?
@@pontiacGXPfan awd would only add 200-300 pounds which compared to 4500 like this thing weighs it would hardly make differences. no matter what hellcats cannot get traction put awd on this and it would be much much faster
I agree with dodge - it doesn't need AWD and this car is made for burnouts AWD is for police cruiser chargers
Where in South Carolina did shoot?! I live in Greenville and would have loved to meet y’all! Y’all are my favorite car reviewers!!
That’s more than a NASCAR.
Hello ! Is it possible to install four-wheel drive from a jeep trackhawk? Thank you for the review. I’m sorry for bad English, I’m from Russia. Good luck ! 😉
Who wants all wheel drive in a hotrod?
🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
@@LoneWolfHustle why?
@@ALMX5DP I know you've only ever driven a miata with 100 hp, but at 800 hp not having all wheel drive really limits the power and handling you can put down on the road.
@@sweis12 So I guess all those rear drive Ferraris and other powerful or exotic brands are completely inhibited by not having all wheel drive? Dang someone tell the GT500 that it’s missing out, lol. Also I have driven a variety of cars, but that’s besides the point.
@@ALMX5DP most exotics are either AWD or mid engine so the weight is balanced allowing for better traction. Yes the GT500 suffers from traction issues. All of the quickest cars 0-60 in the world are AWD. If all you care about is horsepower, well cool, personally I care about performance numbers.
Firmly agree, and an update to the exterior and interior
They updated the Durango interior but not the Charger or Challenger? Interesting
To be honest, I'm not sure if I wanna go 200 miles an hour in a Chrysler product.
That's fine, you'll have plenty of company on the side of the road in a Ford product.
If you hate yourself, yes, you will do a Redeye review in the rain.
AWD would be a great option as it'd be pretty expensive. Nice review.
What’s the point without AWD or drag slicks? But I’m guessing with AWD it would break.
Oh no.. No LED interior lights.. ughg
No LED interior lights... Such a sharp car, LED bulbs are cheap, Dodge use LED’s!
Def. gonna upgrade my 15' r/t when they finally redesign it
