    I got ahold of a wagu steak a while back, it came from a big box type store if you get my drift. It was the best steak I ever had ! Not sure it was 100% wagu but I was amazed at how tender and flavorful it was. Good luck with your retail.

    I am going to try and build a jig like yours for spooling electric fence wire with the drill. It looks pretty neat. What spacing do you use for step ins again?

      Really just depends on the terrain usually I do 20 normal steps👍

    Calf prices sure shot up this past couple weeks. We ran a 100 heifers through the ring today at 652 pd avg. Pretty impressive prices.

      @@Ranchingsodak up here in northern Alberta. Had 722 lb heifers at $3.16, 629 lb heifers at $3.40

      @@Ranchingsodak about 9 hrs north in the peace river area. My calves sold at Clyde just north of Edmonton which is about 4 hrs north of Nanton.

    I got a caddy = portable welder 1'x4"×6" got sholder strap very small and light possibly betta than big tradesman welder I got = Boilermaker welder by trade = Absolutely love it CHEERS SOUTH AUSTRALIA

    Another great video Matty i was wondering with the bale grazing you use twine on the bales what happens to it as the cow's eat the bales and would it harm them if the eat it

      Use sisal twine we don’t take it off or worry about the cows it biodegrades pretty quickly thanks for the comment

      @@Ranchingsodak Thanks for that never heard of sisal twine sounds like a great job The twine used here i don't think it would every biodegrade and if a cow ate it wouldn't be good it knots up in them cause a lot problems

    I'd be interested to know if you guys have rappa electric fence systems in the States. Messaging from the UK.
    I'm a stockman who does miles of electric fencing and rappa, in my opinion is the best for efficiency.

      The best supplier of electric fencing components (in my opinion) is Premier1. Check them out, and you'll probably find similar.

      Pretty much as many as I can 1500-3000 depends on the year

      Most are wagyu cross will sell off the farm and go right to feed yard with in the next month the rest will go to Aberdeen and will keep 80 of the small ones and run on grass thus summer

      Winters are usually full of snow here barb wire tends to need more maintenance so we have went to all high tensile. I did watch a lot of Seinfeld 😂😂
