Can I play at 120 fps at Full HD resolution?
If not, Will 120 fps arrive in future?
I was thinking to upgrade to PS5 ( with mouse and keyboard ) from my mid-end pc for Fortnite and apex do u think it's worth it.

Apex doesn’t support 120fps and keyboard and mouse may be in the future other than that it’s worth it soon i will be uploading keyboard and mouse gameplay for fortnite and cod

No bro dev’s optimise the game for the particular console you will not find such issue on console

In console no as you cannot change in game resolution if the game is set to run 1440p 120fps then the game will run on that resolution no matter what display you use it just super sample or downsample as per your display
But due to this super sample or down sample you may see some blur image or ghosting issue
