John says send fuel money...just kidding. We feel really blessed to have boating and video making for hobbies. We're debating the Chesapeake next summer. Maybe we'll do some videos there? We're open to suggestions for an itinerary...

No cannonball manufacturing facility... rather that was the restored building where cannonballs were heated to red hot so that the cannonball would catch a wooden ship on fire.

I like the "tax paying citizens" remark. I wonder what happened during the Cuban Crisis in 1963. I was there in 65 and no pictures were allowed on the Naval Base.

What kind of boat did you take on this trip?

Are there any docks at Fort Jefferson?

Dominick Lopez They don’t have docks or electricity. You may take your dinghy ashore and pay the fee. If a ranger isn’t there, there’s an envelope/kiosk available. You’ll need your hull identification for your vessel/s. I think some boats did tie up long enough to pay and then go anchor. The ferry takes up the whole face dock...
