First time I saw this performed, Larry "the Looper" Rugland, did it. I saw it again at the Polaris 50th Anniversary when they rented the Minnesota state Fairgrounds, for an AMAZING party, complete with test rides, mud drags and an A10 Warthog flyover, to end the Victory motorcycle parade. I salute you for calling it "the Loop" in homage to the great athletes that have done this before you. The warmup route was a real skills tour as well! You are an excellent representative of our sport.
I am amazed dude I do stupid motorcycle street stunts but a loop ona sled not sure i would commit like you that was gutsy brother keep on impressing the sled community with your ability
The speed, Steel structure, height, and support cables of the loop make it more of a “sky diving” type activity- when someone does it looks easy, but if something goes wrong , it goes really bad. ☠️
I was told it has been sitting too long and the integrity of it may not be able to with stand the force of doing another loop through it. I’ve been asking for about 10 years. haha
When the sled was just about vertical the Gs pulled me down so hard . You can see on the helmet cam how my head collapsed down between my arms! It was a crazy feeling!
Great tip of the hat to the Polaris Thrill Team of 50 years ago. Now imagine doing that on a 440 or 650 Polaris Mustang from the late sixties like they did. Still blows my mind just like this does.
After seeing the videos of them and hearing the story’s from some of the older folks at Polaris, I always wanted to try it. We did the sled wrap and my gear in a “Thrill Team” look to pay homage to Gladiators who went for the loop in the past. 🙌🏼
You are much more extreme than me because I was sweating bullets ! It was mentally so hard to keep all the negative thoughts of what could go wrong under control when you see the 27’ tall loop sitting there. if I didn’t go fast enough, or if I didn’t make it in the loop as I had 4.5” from the ski to the rail which at 40mph could slide the back end side ways going into the loop if I hit it and either fly swatter me in the loop or catapult me out of it. I was super nervous. 😳
Been a fan of yours since the beginning... I was thinking about how much wider the whole thing would need to be to do it without the rails? People are never satisfied lol Definitely serious consequences...
@@samgibson684 Thanks Sam! if you hit it exactly at the correct entrance angle, you could drive right through it with out the sides. In my eyes to take the sides off and try to thread the needle would be like doing a double backflip and landing on a 6' wide landing... Yes more precise, but is it worth multiplying the risk of an already extremely risky activity? I just wanted to see what it would be like to be a Hot Wheels car going through a loop. haha
Describe the loop with an emoji 👇

Dude.... WHAT 🤯
Yes WHAT??? HOW??
Dude Evan bro would’ve absolutely sent that several times
So awesome to see that from Quebec!!
That POV is wild. Now I think i know how my Hot Wheels cars used to feel like when I was a kid 😅
Definitely has s hot wheels loop the loop vibe 👍
wow amazing. thanx for the beautifull postal card of the city during the video. looks like the follow up oh the Redbull Crashed ice on a snowmobile.
It does!
Dude Levi is the best I love his positive attitude
Awesome stuff Levi and crew! Mindblowing
What a thrill going around that loop! Pretty cool sledding around that old military base too! Well done Levi!

one intense ride Levi🤘
It sure was! 🤠
That was awesome!
That was an Awesome run
FPV Drones are SICK!
hell yeah!
Love these videos. Keep it up Levi
Thank you!🙌🏼
Damn I wish I FPV'd this !!!!! Epic
RedBull...used to give you Wings...but now gives you heart palpitations.
Now I know why Levi walks bowlegged, room for his balls. That takes big balls to do. That's just nuts!
He was dropping off freeway overpasses in St Paul a year ago. That was nuts too! Now we know what Olympic downhill racers feel like. Just go!
How sick to ride in Fort Snelling. This was epic!!
I hope you guys enjoyed La Belle Province !!! nice job
good video to watch as its hottt as heck back here in MN

Damn straight 👏
🙏🏼
AWSOME
I think the backflip off the jump was way more dangerous than the loop
The speed, Steel structure, height, and support cables of the loop make it more of a “sky diving” type activity- when someone does it looks easy, but if something goes wrong , it goes really bad. ☠️
Not even REMOTELY close....... This man can backflip in his sleep. That loop is So much more treacherous than you can possibly imagine.
Why don't you ride the loop in Roseau 🤘🤘
Why don’t you !
I was told it has been sitting too long and the integrity of it may not be able to with stand the force of doing another loop through it.
I’ve been asking for about 10 years. haha
SO HYPE
#RedBull4Life 🔥😎✌️
Jesh he made that look so easy
Man it was weighing on me heavy before hand. I burnt about 3/4 of a tank of fuel doing dry runs past it before finally going for it. 😳
@@Levi_LaVallee Haha probably not a terrible idea to get that weight out. We like to call that a tactical decision
I'm thinking many dont think of it... but the G-forces while going around the loop must be incredible! (no?)
When the sled was just about vertical the Gs pulled me down so hard . You can see on the helmet cam how my head collapsed down between my arms!
It was a crazy feeling!
I can't believe they let a Polaris into Quebec, nice riding man🤘
➰So cool - flippin crazy. Lovin' Levi, God only made one Levi - great job by all. Lots of preparation and practice and hard work to make this video.

The Polaris thrill team did the loop back in 1969 or 70
Drop the hammer daddy. Great video Levi and crew
Oh my goodness this was....
… incredible!
Hot Wheels Loopty Loop *check!
The speed tho :O
I came in a bit hot. Haha
but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to slow though. 😳
@@Levi_LaVallee Im sure it was scary as hell . But good job :D
@@Danny912000Mr thank you !
Did the Polaris thrill team use the loop back in the 70`s ?
Awesome how happy your wife was you don't have to do it again right!!! Congratulations
😂
He definitely needs to change his name from Levi to Le’ Evil Knievel.
🤘🏽😁🤘🏽
You guys shoulda lit the ring on fire.
Re-do!
Hmm... we like the way you think Brad 🔥
@@RedBullMotorsports I'll even go one better.
Put it on the edge of a cliff, light it on fire, and have Jeb fly through it while Levi loops it.
Yay Redbull for setting up a sure thing not even enough space there to move 6” side to side
😁😎
I helped make that just thought I’d let y’all know 🤣😂🤣

This is not extreme. Pretty basic. Very easy

Kind of disappointing to watch honestly. Good effort, though. I wouldn't do it.
No. Take the bumpers off.
