That horse for Claire is the best! I used to buy thrifted clothing and toys for my kids. Now I do it for my grands! It’s such a money saving way to make sure we can do the best we can for them.

I have been searching Goodwill and other thrift stores for green and cream checked valances for about a year, and I finally found them. Claire's horse is adorable, and so is her little coat. Claire is such a cutie! She wants to be a big girl and walk...it won't be long and she will be. Being a parent is hard but so full of love! Get ready cuz the teenage years are definitely rough and tough!! It is all worth it...children are gifts from God for sure!! Thanks for sharing!!

I got my 1st grandson a big brown rocking horse at an auction. ( In 2000') New in the box for $20. It went through all 3 grandkids and the 3rd one a boy really loved it. I have a pic of him waving his hand in it like a cowboy. lol He jumped on it like crazy. Claire has such a happy face. She understands a lot too. Love that little jacket.
The horse looks like it can grow with your child…the Amazon picture shows the base upside down and low to the ground …how amazing to find at goodwill same day you’re talking about it ….
I love that you would let her go out in pjs. I think they are so comfortable for little kids. My grandson is 4 and when he stays with me I always let him stay in his pjs
I wonder if you can turn the base of the bouncy horse upside down and convert it to a rocking horse as well. It looked like that was a possibility from the picture you showed. That was a great find!

And when this box of diapers is empty she'll be going into a size 3 diaper. I love a lazy susan! And I love wood pieces.. that's an awesome piece, great size! Most people don’t like us because we tend to be independent and confident, know what we want and go after it and we do not care what others think so Claire will be just fine and will take on the world as she grows older. I had 5 !! 4 boys and 1 girl, the boys were easy, the girl not so much lol I told them if they weren't good, I would trade them in for a puppy dog lol!! Needless to say, no puppies 😂
