In this alternate world:
Anna is a Psychopath. She enjoys drawing people into the castle, introducint herself as a cuddly, cheery girl to lure all those who desire her. Elsa, on the other hand, was a Sadist. She longed to see the pain on people's faces, just as her sister did. So the two were a duo, one dragged them in, and the other ensured they never got out.
That got dark
Elsa also turns the victims into snowmen/snow creatures. Hence why there are bones and blood. Kristoff could just be Anna’s actual fiancé, or just another partner. Anyways the skin is Sven I’m pretty sure

The real tiny ones could be the pets Elsa turned to snow creatures in front of their owners to terrify them, then she’ll turn the children to Olafs, sometimes cutting off their heads, and then turn the parents. More pain, more efficient

Elsa was told by Olaf that it would be best to stay in her tower, and let him and marshmallow deal with the invaders, but she never thought that would mean hurting her sister, in her blind rage and sadness as she thought she had killed her, she killed and decapitated Olaf, she did all she could to keep her best advisor alive, and she successfully brought him back to life, but at a cost, she had to use a innocent man’s life. She was about to intervene as the army was approaching, but marshmallow took care of them, however, Elsa realised something was wrong. An avalanche was approaching and under strict orders to protect Anna, the giant snowman took the force of it, but was pushed off the edge and the avalanche suffocated poor Anna. Elsa used all her magic and more to revive Anna, and she succeeded, but at the cost of her humanity, she was now as cold and unfeeling as the ice and frost she commanded. Anna saw this change in her sister, and after a few days, decided to run. Elsa was asleep at the time and didn’t notice until the next day. The frost increased its hold on her mind as she went into a rage as Anna, _her_ Anna, had the audacity to run away from her. She returned to Kristoff, who was shocked at the news that Elsa had become one with the ice. They journeyed for days to her castle, only to find it was gone. She had started her attack in the town that took her dear Anna from her and exiled her. They tried to stop her, but it was too late. She had already encased their home in a giant icicle, instantly killing anyone there.
They knew they couldn’t face her, so they travelled.
Eventually, after travelling on boats, in carts, over mountains, through canyons, even underground, they found what they were looking for. The world’s best blacksmith. This blacksmith imbued a sword with magic of ice and frost, to combat Elsa’s own powers. The journey back took months, and eventually old Sven died from exhaustion. Kristoff knew that he would need protection against the cold, so, with a heavy heart, he skinned Sven’s cold, lifeless body and fashioned it into armour.
They finally reached Elsa, and just as the battle was about to commence, Anna realised that no matter what, she wouldn’t be able to kill her sister. Elsa, however, felt no such feelings. Just as Anna was about to try and talk this out, she was struck through the heart by an icicle. Kristoff saw this, and advanced to fight her, but he was struck down just as easily. Elsa saw life as meaningless, as they would all become part of the coldness anyway. She was already one with the frost, her powers were vastly augmented by her fusion with the elements. So, she brought back her former sister and what she viewed as just a lowly man back to life, as her first two soldiers in her army.

I love the fact that, based off his expression and body language, Kristof might not be there entirely by his choice. But with Anna, it's clear as day, from her cold, intent expression, to the way she's standing, that she chose this. After whatever happened to Elsa to cause her to break like this, Anna chose to stand by her like this. To be her brutal, unwavering knight. In fact, Anna may have even bean the one to push Kristof over the edge, probably by tricking him into having to kill Sven in some way. Just to make sure that Elsa would have at least one more person defending her.

What if the reason Kristoff is there sad and depressed with Sven’s horns because Elsa is using Sven’s bones for her own amusement of making snowmen? Hans is being sacrificed for her. If they don’t obey to what Elsa wants, they’ll be next.

I could imagine special experiments being done, and Elsa is having people be turned into snow monsters. Anna is her knight, and Christoff is basically her barbarian that does most of the killing for her.

Amazing, splendid art! The incorporation of the ice elements were done beautifully! For a mature Frozen, maybe take little bit more from the original story and Norse mythology, Elsa turns "evil" and a army of different kingdoms are going to war with her and her ice demons (sounds a little bit like Chronicles Of Narnia), and Anna is trying to save her sister but discovers that it's impossible, so she joins the war to take her down. Not many details and kinda rough around the edges to be honest...

New is the only artist that can take a relatively spooky snowman named snowbal and turn it into nightmare fuel
I saw her ability to accidentally create intelligent beings, defined by fleeting emotions to be terrifying. Olaf was snowman with a self-destructive obsession with warmth. Marshmallow was a snow golem made out of fear that her power would harm Anna if she wasn't taken away, but ended up knocking her down a cliff, which would have been fatal if there was rock and ice at the bottom rather than soft snow.
Imagine what she could accidentally create when seized by rage and hatred? Imagine if an enemy army attacked and started killing her people, her friends, her sister... She may make creatures that live to kill her enemies. What happens when the foes are vanquished and peace returns? What can she do with creatures that know nothing but hate and war? They cannot be blamed for what she made them and they are intelligent beings.
