Kihyun is one of a few POWER VOCAL exist in kpop. His high note was always flawless and he basically can sing any song easily.
lmfao listen, Kihyun as the 'mom' of the group, I am a mother so I get it but even before I had my girls I was the exact same way as him. It's why I can't cook with other people and if someone is living with me then I ask them only to pick up after themself because I have a certain way of cleaning. It's exactly like you said, he just has his way of doing things and it gets irritatingly stressful when people (good intentions or not) affect that. I love Kihyunnie, he's precious.
I've always seen fans calling them mom because they're as caring as a mother not because they were trying to push stereotypes to be honest ._.

I feel like Kihyun isn't just one of the best vocalists in kpop or SK but the entire world. I have never heard someone that flawlessly switch from chest voice to head voice before. It's sooooo smooth the average person probably don't realize that's what he's doing. When he's talking about going falsetto. Also Kihyun speaking English... Yup! I'm done! It's too much.
Side note: Every other Monsta X or Seventeen video has at least one clip with the other group in it. lmao! They are so freaking close. I love Monteen! Ohhhhhhh Kihyun, Seungkwan and Dokyeom doing a song together? I would DIE FROM HAPPINESS!

I can't get over this young man vocals. Sweet lord, he's amazing. I don't know how to ask this because all I've ever heard of is 2 other popular k pop groups. Why aren't these guys on their level? Because they are just as good. Is it because of the fan base?

This coming from an ARMY, I truly think that Kihyun is better than any of the BTS vocalists. Jungkook is famously stable, but I've never heard him have the angelic range and depth that Kihyun achieves.

So here the story how i met this Sweet big brother.... (Sorry for my English skills is still bad and i'm still on progress)
🌹 Back in 2015, i was watched After school Club (i forgot what episode but i thought those were from Rush Era cause they wore Rush Outfits that time) and the opening they performed Hero. That time i'm still don't know anything about them but their song (Hero) made me to watch them out.
My first impression of Hero was the bridge part and that's when Kihyun part like i don't know his voice just like....addicted. So everytime i heard his part my imagination goes on like 😮.... I don't know how to describe it but it really make my heart beating so hard especially every High Notes. It's crazy even for some other Main Vocals.
And after that i started to get know him and others, i even made some little fanfic for my read collection (maybe in the future i can post them). Unfortunately i didn't search more in 2016 cause my studies and more worse the next year, i got to boarding school that very rarely for use gadgets. I'm so done with Monsta X that time. Until last year....
I was randomly listening The Most Watch KPop Songs of the month (and totally forget what month 😅) then Shoot Out came out and once again... His voice brought me back to this wonderful fandom. Although i not that type monbebe like others should be but seeing them make me very happy especially Kihyun, his addicted voice, and his high personality.
That's how i met him and other Monsta X. Because of his voice i'm here. Because of him, i'm adored all of them. Because of him... Getting more confident with my passion 😊.

I became his fan after going to an mx concert as a casual listener at the time. The way he went SO HARD the entire show was incredible. He really does sing live while doing all of their intense choreography and it was so impressive. Although now I wish he didn't go so hard bc that's probably why he fractured his rib 😕
After becoming a fan, I'm even more blown away by how hard he works in everything, especially english. He sounds so fluent now for someone who never lived in an english speaking country

Goodness wish I knew him and monsta x earlier (but to be fair I got out of kpop hole 2014 returned last year because of quarantine haha but still should’ve easily found him!!)
