The answer depends on what actual model is your GO 3 (yes, there are multiple versions of this speaker.. good job JBL) So mine is the DT version, you can find this info on the back of the speaker, left part where it says SN, or if you still have the box, it's on the white label where the bar codes are. So for my DT model, apparently I should have unclipped the back rubber part first, remove the screws, and then unclip the cover itself. If you have a different GO3 version, it's best to watch some other disassembly videos to get an idea. I remember seeing someone unclip the sides first and remove the screws under there. Mine doesn't have those screws btw. Good luck!

You’re wrong, the pad with glue is not to remove, I saw 1 video the other guy disassembled the outer cover but still kept the rubber pad on it

dude i did the exact thing but ruined the fabric on mine btw mines DT like urs and i also didnt know there were hidden screws LOL
yeah I should have watched more disassembly videos but I thought how hard can it be haha damaged most of the cover unfortunately
