I watched someone finish a run. It was super fast and he rescued two helpers! The best part? He never made the tower wizard guy angry, so he just opened the exit for him!
That's incredible. I think that's how we got through last time also. But... I kind of enjoy making Tower Wizard Guy angry. 😂

I saw that run too! It was interesting to see but they didn't provide any commentary. It probably makes things a bit easier concentration-wise, but nowhere near as entertaining as the goat 's attempts to try different things and general ramblings :)

I have a List of potion effects i discovered
Light blue = turn Monster to human (throw at monster to gain companion)
Red= super strengh
Pinkish red= drunk
(inverted controls)
Yellow= faster walking Speed
Black= death (throw at enemy)
Swampish green= not poison
(don,t know the effect)
Green = poison
Orange= explosion
Purple= turn human to monster
( don,t drink with companions around)
If you see the brewing room
Leak + teeth = light blue potion

Something I thought of for when you have to carry things down a floor like the weight or the vase. Clear the path first, know where you need to go, then go back for it. I also wondered about shaking Evilicus when he's knocked down but then you mentioned right at the end, hopefully that's it.
In the rooms with the wooden roller and the lever at the end, you don't have to race the roller. You can just hide in one of the alcoves. Just be aware that it turns around and goes back again.

Quick proposition: you could leave the vase in front of the three doors until you discover the correct way to go, then come back for it. Hope it’s of some use

crazy run, cant believe you made to the door with 3 companions. I think you onto something by shaking him when he is knocked out. Soooo close to escape with 3 companions, wow legendary none the less
Advice time again: when I recommended the broom - it shines against the blue sleeping guy, you can just stand still and whack him to death at max range of the broom, shouldn't have come closer using wooden sword
And once again: RMB to pick up hive without wearing it, then you can shoot bees with LMB. You can also catch bees into it if there's still room - just throw the hive at bees with MMB
You can also give excess coins to your companions. You can shake them after, if you have to, it will upset them though, so watch their happiness levels(their smile)
There is a bit of wooden wall behind the last gargoyle in the final room. Maybe you can break it, with an explosive potion?
You absolutely had it in the barrel room, just had to stay in there and beat on him some more! Man, so close!

I think, given drop rate and what I've seen on other videos, it goes fist < broom = (wooden) club = sword < big hammer = (metal) (any previous weapon) < spiked mace = thing-ona-stick = golden sword. This is just my observation and guess; the rarer the metal and more elaborate the weapon is, the better it seems to be. Same with armor, it just seems to tank more hits; though there may be sets with armor that provide buffs too, like an all-wizard set might cast stronger spells, or cast them faster for example (or they might do nothing special idk).

I found out you can cheese the game quite a bit. You can jump over gate doors and even the Riddle master by stacking anvils

This is also good to know in case where the coin bag becomes full. That actually happened one time and I wasn't sure on the best course of action.
Im not sure but the green thing might be a scoot from a turtles shell (its normal they shed them as they grow) indicating that on this flor you can find Bert, What im sure of if you find a lock of red hair ther will be the witch lady of this level.
the sitdown mob that blinks his eyes will only eat when he has the eye that facing you aimed at you to eat.
ie if the eye is open on the far side he will not eat
you can pick up enemies and shake them .
This allows you to remove their armor without destroying it.

@@HjalleCalibursChannel Absolutely agree. If it sells well, I'm sure they'd consider the extra processes and costs that it would take to do that. Sales always seem to be one of the top KPIs that can drive these types of games towards console release.
At the gambling room with the three items on the shelf you have to wager something first. Like a follower to get the best item then you swipe it then attack the guy to keep it.
You can tell where the bottom door is on the outside by watching where your companion falls.
They seem to fall directly to the door. Not sure if anyone has already mentioned that. 🤫

Did you ever tryied to throw an anvil at the gapman? Maybe that's some secret mechanic in the game.

I suspect (considering that its a roguelike) that getting as much coin as possible and dumping it into the town would make runs a little less painful, right? It might power up your character's equipment or companions?

@@frigingoon I like a good pepper jack, you know? I actually turned my brother in law onto doing grilled cheese with pepper jack cheese. It does take a bit longer to hit that melting point where it turns to delicious goo, but it's absolutely worth it.
