- Retro Rosie's is one of my favorite vintage shops to visit in Florida! It has everything you can dream of and more! I find cosplay pieces and some of my vintage collections here which is why its my favorite. I wishhh I was able to show you every little thing they had but that would take a full WEEK to go through!

Oh no!! When you only purchased the second volume of the Shakespeare Tragedies it made me so sad, volume one was right next to it you really shouldn't separate them! Volume 2 is no good without volume one :(

The best vintage item I've gotten so far from a thrift store was a 1964 Mary Poppins Vinyl, which I do in fact have a record player :D

I got mine like 3 Christmas's ago but the one I own is from Crosley! It was around $100

I loved the Shakespeare book! You should do a haul of everything you got.
The oldest things I own is a Victorian era hourglass, a 1945 WWII wall clock, a type writer that belonged to my great grandfather, and last but not least a 1906 pure leather Latin bible and a 1700s crucifix also ironically I’m not Christian

That's because in the 60's we actually wore our shoes...we didn't set them on a shelf for future posterity and vintage shoppers, hoping they would be worth a fortune. :-}

You should make a trip to Austin Texas and go to "Uncommon objects." Lots of vintage stuff and I love the jewelry. I think it would be a wonderful adventure for you.

That trunk she called a "baby's trunk" is better known as a travel vanity case....they were our version of the "carry on"....we didn't fly back then, not much, and this was the case that held all the toiletries and makeup etc.

I wish I had a thrift shop like that in my town. The closest one is in the next town over, and they don't have anything nearly as good as this place. At one part, there was a sweetheart neckline purple tulle dress, it looked tea length, and I fell in love with it, 😍
