My favourite features of this mansion are the walkway that goes over the water feature, behind the bar that leads into your wine cellar and the big master bedroom with a seating area in there that has tv with a fireplace which has a wet bar around the corner and also includes a full bathroom. With a office behind the bedroom. Ur absolutely amazing. I hope you do another mansion tour like this again.
Having watched your videos for about a year now, I feel like I'm used to seeing luxury mansions, but this? This house is a whole 10 steps above any house you've toured! I can't even pick out my favourite part about this house, because I would indeed be naming everything you showed. Gorgeous, gorgeous mansion, feels so airy and yet so cosy. Unbelievable. And all the landscaping?? I honestly forgot this mansion is in LA! It feels so remote and quiet, so the landscaping does it's job more than well. Will definitely be giving Paul McClean's work a more thorough look. This architecture is simply beautiful. Thank you for touring this!

This has to be one of the loveliest homes I’ve seen featured on the channel. I got to say that the library/office is my favorite part of the home. The framing of it does wonders tucked away from the rest of the living space giving it that roomy cozy vibe perfect to sit have a cup of tea and read a book. I love it.

This is so far the most exciting listing you've present in your channel. The building itself seems like a well-designed contemporary museum from outside with addition of the limestone facade-and i think it complements beautifully to the building, and yet, the way of designers using all the right elements in every single step of this mansion is out of this world. i mean they brought together glass and steel so they reflect the natural light, but at the same time they use oak panel walls and leather and soft fabric materials with the right choice of colors: so all together the balance we have in every room is just amazing. btw it's really no easy to stage modern art elements in a house and still makes me feel like it's 'home', and i still feel like i can live there. i wanna live there. it's just so much inspiring in every way. thank you, thank you, thank you.

No arguments about the house itself, it's great. I do think the outlook and the surrounding trees add massively to the ambiance of this place, as well as the privacy. You've toured a lot of great houses in this area, but few have this much greenery around them. It's almost as though this place were built on the edge of a forest and I'm sure it has contributed to the positive comments you had. Love it.

I'm running out of different words to describe these homes. But for this one I call it peaceful. The water features, colors, textures, olive trees ect... bring a serial feel to this home. All the glass brining in natural light is calming. Just another stunning home that I could see myself enjoying.
Some of the art installations aside, especially the “fat horse” at the entrance and that giant psychedelic flower thing near the pool…this is an absolutely great property!

The bathrooms in this home were amazing and the walk-in-closet was absolutely perfect looking. Would definitely not mind living there :D Sometimes I think I would have liked to know more small details/finishes. I understand there is lots to show, but it can start to seem a bit rushed. We watch all your videos and you tend to skim the "boring bits" , but I think for new watchers they might think you are rushing through. Nonetheless, I love watching every single one and you guys do amazing work.

I love the landscaping at this house, but this might be the first time I've actively disliked the art choices. The editing and cinematography is, as well, excellent. I have to agree. I love the natural light, use of wood with steel and glass, and sexy feel of this home. The contemporary sculpture in the pool area kills that feeling. It looks like it belongs in a kids’ theme park or in a pop art surrounding.
Amazing job as always.... stunning primary suite, never seen a room have TWO restrooms, plenty of space for the owner and significant other to have their privacy. That primary massive closet the size of a regular master was awe inspiring for sure.
This home is a full home. I think it is absolutely perfect. I feel like I am in Seoul and not even in Bel Air!! I want to watch this over and over again. Thank you for showing this wonderful living masterpiece. If I had the chance to live here. I would cry everyday tears of joy because I would be in awe. There was something about this house, the wood finishes, how the wood textures complemented the marble finishes, the landscape around it, the thought that has gone into the layout and even the artwork. It felt as if it were a family home and that I want to restyle mine right now. Even though your videos always seem to be just a bit better than your last this house was beautiful.

Love the tour! But don’t forget to show us the smaller rooms too: the pantry, closet, etc. I like it when you show the more mundane aspects, it makes the homes feel like real homes instead of just showcases. Where do the rich store their paper towels?

Sometimes I think I would have liked to know more small details/finishes. I understand there is lots to show, but it can start to seem a bit rushed. We watch all your videos and you tend to skim the "boring bits" , but I think for new watchers they might think you are rushing through.
Nonetheless, I love watching every single one and you guys do amazing work.

Do any of these homes with large sliding glass doors put in screens to keep the bugs out? I don't think I've ever seen any screens shown during your house tours. Really curious how these houses keep the bugs from flying in when opening the doors?

I love the landscaping at this house, but this might be the first time I've actively disliked the art choices. The editing and cinematography is, as well, excellent. More than anything watching this channel has made me want to get into video editing and aerial videography. Does Mikey need an intern?

I have to agree. I love the natural light, use of wood with steel and glass, and sexy feel of this home. The contemporary sculpture in the pool area kills that feeling. It looks like it belongs in a kids’ theme park or in a pop art surrounding.
Amazing job as always.... stunning primary suite, never seen a room have TWO restrooms, plenty of space for the owner and significant other to have their privacy. That primary massive closet the size of a regular master was awe inspiring for sure.

This home is a full home. I think it is absolutely perfect. I feel like I am in Seoul and not even in Bel Air!! I want to watch this over and over again. Thank you for showing this wonderful living masterpiece. If I had the chance to live here. I would cry everyday tears of joy because I would be in awe. From the glass ping pong table, the plants, to the views and movie theatre that I would be able to create; whoever lives here is in hiatus

Can't believe this house is "only" priced at 41M, Do you think the big parking lot right infront of the house has anything to do with that? Can people see into the backyard area from there or is it nicely blocked by trees? I didn't see you show that angle so couldn't tell :(

@@debrafirestone861 Compared to other houses in the area, 41M for 16K sqft is relatively well priced. Keep in mind Perugia way connects to some of the most expensive streets in Los Angeles like Bellagio.

There was something about this house, the wood finishes, how the wood textures complemented the marble finishes, the landscape around it, the thought that has gone into the layout and even the artwork. It felt as if it were a family home and that I want to restyle mine right now. Even though your videos always seem to be just a bit better than your last this house was beautiful.
...That library is perfect!... Yassss!... All my Spidey senses were tingling during this home tour... Wonderful architecture... Great use of indoor & outdoor spaces... The steam room is phenomenally impressive... Now this is my idea of STUNNING...💞
