The world's smallest toys I've gotten don't come inside a package and you can see what you're getting. Glow worm, brite lite, etch a sketch, viewfinder, clue boardgame, Gumby, hungry hippo, etc. etc. They really are the coolest and make unique gifts.
I love small toys, but when they don't actually work, that sucks. But world's smallest, that's a whole other thing. So that's why world's smallest is my favorite thing in the world.
I think since you buy an entire case your chances of getting doubles goes up because they probably package them as they make them. Maybe better to buy a few from different cases.
