@@mrlesta There are some very good books in Urdu for Urdu readers. Alhamdullillah, now many western brothers and sisters are accepting Islam. Now, Insha Allah, we'll see some fine works in English as well. Already a lot good work is being done in English language.
I find a wide a range of lectures on RUclips that would've been interesting if only they were in English. I don't know why the titles are in English though.
Recommend to read Ahsanul Bayan (urdu), Interpretation and the meaning of the noble Quran (english) and Tafsir ibn Katheer (10 volumes but available in PDF to download in english). These books are recommended by Ulema.
Eventhough it's quite a famous book but it's one of the dryest seerah book I have ever read.I would recommend some of the following seerah books that I have read: 1) Muhammad (SAW) the Benefactor of humanity- Naem siddiqui 2) In the footsteps of prophet-Tariq Ramadan 3) The life of Mohammed- Haykal
@You Tube It's very difficult to select the best .As no Seerah book can describe the majesty of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), If you get an opportunity, try to read all books on Seerah. For the sake of convenience I am suggesting some books, hope this helps. For beginners I recommend noble life of Mohammed (SAW) Hayate Tayyaba by mohd Abdul Hai writen in lucid language. For modern readers I suggest In the footsteps of prophet by Tariq Ramadan. For those looking to answers on the allegations of orientalists, l recommend The Life of the noble prophet Muhammad (SAW) By Mohammed Hussein Haykal. Personally the best I can recommend for you is Muhammad (SAW) the Benefactor of humanity by Naem Siddiqui. This was probably the first Seerah book I read. After reading this book, I could feel that my heart was filled with the love for Mohammed (SAW). Others too are free to put forward their suggestions.
