Here in Canada, when Governors speak, the topic is almost completely about job creation, increasing industrial activities, boosting food production, and improving social services. State and Federal leadership focus on economic well-being of the State, instead of Party politics. Economic well being enhances quality of life, breeds happiness and contentment, and brings peace and security. This is what makes a society Advanced.
