sm global shop is the literal worst!
i preordered exos obsession album from them and i know they can be slow so i gave them time to send it but after a month of the album being released i still didnt have my albums so i emailed them and was asking when they'd ship and they said "well you preordered an album that hasn't been released" and i was like "um? the album has been released for over a month now? i don't understand what you mean?" they apologized and said i'd receive an email with a tracking number when it shipped. well like 3 days later i received my albums but i never got a tracking number or even a notification that it had shipped. in fact on my account on the site it still shows that its unfulfilled. it also happened with my superm albums i preordered with them they took over a month to arrive but my chen solo preordered albums arrived like the day after it was released so i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when i preordered the exo albums but im done lol i feel like they are unreliable and i'd rather just purchase from another site than them.
overall TRASHHHHH
@@HONEYDEWMOCHI TBH!!! you'd expect they'd be better/reliable since they are part of the literal company that these groups are produced from but apparently that means nothing! btw they emailed me recently saying they've improved the site with better/faster shipping but i really don't believe it and i've decided to move on lol
