if you know how to read you would've seen that it says you can contact support to change location again under the account location tab
just contact support and ask to change it
for example I'm in the UK, if I set it to JP, and I want to change it back to UK, I can just contact support and ask to change back to the UK, they will change it to the country u requested for

Quick note: It only works if the display name part says "Name" and not "Display Name." When it says "Name" you can also add spaces to your display name. :)
