@@SherSharesBeauty ahah don't be sorry, it's none of your fault and you allow me live vicariously through you with the unboxing and reviews 🤣🫶🏻 I'm going back and forth with customer service about it, last development they told be it was ready for pickup at the delivery service warehouse, had to scramble for an address, tried to contact the delivery company took 5 tries only to be sent to a sketchy and empty warehouse in the middle of nowhere, rang with no answer, felt unsafe and left 😬 I'll leave the iconbox on that vacation and keep the communication open with customer service and hope for a resolution

I un-paused Ipsy because of that leave in conditioner and the app didn’t even give it to me as a choice! 😫 I was so disappointed by that. I could still get it in choice for an extra $12…. But the rest of the box is nearly worthless to me so I feel like I stupidly paid $42 to get this product that isn’t worth that much lol. 🤦♀️ and that about sums up my luck with Ipsy for the past year or so. 😅 I think you look great tho! Glad your happier with some of the products! 😊

I agree that is more of a fall look but it still is very pretty. Ipsy really needs to get better. I was Very disappointed with the choices I was offered this month. They had an older Ace Beauty pallet that we received years ago rather than having a newer pallet of any brand. It was all so skincare heavy and that isn’t my preference. Have a Lovely day. ❤️💛❤️
