I have 5 kids. Twist your ankles and wrists in a circular motion it really helps with avoiding throwing up. Also if you can eat eggs in the am. They do sell nausea pills that are safe to take while pregnant let your ob/gyn know. But if you feel that sick lay down eat light get up later.
