Thank you SO MUCH for this great video!!! I wish I had found it 2 years ago when you made it!!! I got this as a RUclips suggested video, so I hope that you pick up more subscribers like me soon, and maybe you will start making videos again. You have a lot of great experiences to share!!!!
It's how and humid from where I live, so I have cooling fans blasting the water surface creating a lot of surface agitation, outgassing a lot of co2. To compensate, I inject a lot co2, like 4bps on a 60cm tank. I'm thinking of getting one of those co2 generators because co2 refill is a bit on the expensive side on our area as well, but I am not sure how long each batch will last if I am injecting that much co2.
Just bought one of these,so far for my 50 liters tank with 1 bubble per 2 seconds base on my dutch style tank only lost 1/20 co2 for the last 10 days,i wprks great but i think mine somehow lost the one direction valve even though the seller said they've put it in
Hello, a question, when should I turn on the CO2, when the adjuster arrives at 10 or 20 where is the green of the pressure watch, and how long can the charge last, the one I bought is the one with 100gr 100gr 150ml, thank you a greeting.
Hey Francisco, it will really depend on how much you inject, and for how long per day. I'm using about 1 bubble per second, 8 hours a day, and it lasts more than a month I think!
@@itzpayday1238 Can't tell you yet... i've been running it since a month and a half now. @ 5 bubble per sec. 40 gal with lot of plants. ( it's a guppy tank ) it works well !
Hi I have a co2 kit like you have but it's the 1lt one my bubble counter the water as dropped and I have some water in my tube will it be safe to turn of the co2 and take of the bubble counter and refill and put it back cheers
I’ve had problems with the regulator on these leaking. Anyone fitted a more expensive regulator. I prefer the ability to mix citric acid and bicarbonate to get co2.
I’ve just bought one of these but the manual isn’t telling what to do with the “Pressure Regulator” knob. Do you know if that must be tightened all the way? It’s the knob on the top with the logo.

Hi, I bought the exact same thing, except for some reason the water keeps spilling from the bubbler counter, and I’ve tried everything at this point I’m just blehhhh. I read instructions and I have followed everything as mentioned. At this point I’ve bought another bubbler, but I am no longer sure what to do. I’ve tighten everything taken apart the selenoid , and it just keeps leaking profusely.Any advice?
I’m an idiot, I just figured it out, it was the SEALING RING, that was missing! Man that was a pain, it only took me 10 hours to figure this out lol 😂 anyways great video!
This series are the best videos on how to set up a planted tank. And I've seen A LOT. Completely de-mystefies the process. Thank you!
Another excellent, straightforward and to-the-point video. Well done. Yes, I am researching C02 delivery systems so this was helpful. Thanks.
Thank you for the video, I do like the idea of refilling instead of purchasing replacement canisters.

Bro, look up soda stream. I have a regulator that screw directly on soda stream co2 canisters. They run for 15$. The regulator was 100$
How long does each soda stream canister last?

Thank you for the video! That is a nice diffuser you have, what is the brand? I cant find it online.

I'm thinking of buying one here in UK from Amazon. Do you have an update on how this is performing please?
how long provided co2
Do you wait until it’s empty before refilling or can you somehow release the last bit of pressure and unscrew to empty out? Thanks
Fill the bubble counter 3/4

My ZRDR bubble counter leaks when solenoid is off 😔
do you have to use that c02 system if you are using that canister filter?
How may liters capacity is the cylinder?
Great Channel! Just curious how much (or how long it lasts) C02 you get out of that tank?

I'm going to buy one not for the purposes of an aquarium but for a co2 source of a diy mosquito magnet trap.
Excellent channel, Its been 3 months since your last vid. Anything coming soon?
Yup, more coming soon! Life got REALLY busy so had no time to update.
Requesting good “hard” scape items....rocks, wood, branches ect
can we get an update if it is working now or still broke? throw in an aff link and i will buy with it

Liked and sub’d.. Was wondering if you are using a glass lid or recommend auto water top off too?
I'll make a vid on how to make an acrylic top, I'm getting a little annoyed by having to top off with distilled water every other day!
There's even a cheaper option that use the same method but in a soda bottle, the drawback is kinda hard to refill.
Why you even need CO2 in the tank with so small amount of plants?..
Citric acid and baking soda is pretty expensive.. and it doesn't last that long either.
