Maam ,after finding the new lot SD, howto use them for lot to lot verification ?

Use new SD to make sure assay is stable while doing parallel run for new lot, to establish again a new SD. Repeat. However, pooling SD now is a thing, and you don't have to get new SDs everytime you change a reagent lot. There's an SD pooling formula in the 24th edition of Henry's Clinical Diagnosis, Eq. 11.1
