I always appreciate the look of a man’s hands who works hard.
Glad to see the shlog back!
Seeing that DT175 brought me back! So cool. My first bike was a '79 DT175... I was 13 I believe. Good times.
Very cool! Awesome bikes
Im a shlog addict without that fix I didn’t know what to do…. 😂 man enjoy as always and looking forward to the comparison of the sx-xc
Thanks
Congratulations on being older than you’ve ever been. That’s a great achievement. 😜🤘🤘
Hahahaha. I like it
Cool Schlog as always!
On the 450, it could be if a bike is run low on gas the fuel gets hot and the pump can overheat and stick as a result, especially on 4 strokes. It is good not to run fuel injected bikes super low on fuel if one can help it.
I have a '10 Husaberg FE 450 that was susceptible to fuel pump issues due to it's odd "slant engine" design and the way it's exhaust pipe runs right under the tank. Replaced the pump with an aftermarket unit and lined the bottom of the tank with enough heat reflecting silver stuff to survive reentry from space, and the result is no more problems. 😆
Definitely a possibility. The tank wasn’t low but who knows if he filled it before he brought it in
"Missed a week"... do understand what me have to go through without a Shlog?? I discovered those Sopie connectors a few years ago.... they are practically holding my Victory together 🤣
Hahaha
The black crap is the brushes & bearings from the fuel pump, apparently the bearings in the pump are lubricated by the fuel which is why you should never ever run a fuel injected motor out of petrol
No snap on crack torch? I like them way more than the power probe ones.
No. I’ll end up with one I’m sure
I picked one up when my power probe one gave up the ghost. I like it way better. It's pretty rebuildeable which is another big plus.
What do you recommend for service interval on the air side and what all do you service?
40-50 hrs so same as everything else Suspension wise. Fully disassemble and grease and add small amount of oil.
How many caps you got man ahaha🤟
So many. Lol
Finally regular awesome video
Was just about to throw up the BLACK FLAG on the “I love my new bike” videos

I have very annoying problem in my crf 450r 2014. When i give it gas especially on low rpms it just bogs out, when i ride and hit the gas hard it bog for a while too and then accelerate, what you think about it ? what it could be ? i can't get rid of it, pls help :/
Sounds like it’s lean on the pilot circuit
@@highlandcycles yea i know but idk what to do because it's fuel injected
@@koka_2000 duh, sorry. Have you checked the fuel pressure? Air leaks??
@@highlandcycles I've changed fuel filter, checked valves, cleaned all connections, checked tps sensor, but I haven't checked fuel pressure yet
Okay I won't give you a hard time on that pump but.
All balls is a weird company. Wheel bearings are chinese crap. Crank bearings are Japanese koto bearing. But they are owned by arrowhead engineering, the same company that owns hot cams, pivot works, cylinder works, vertex and wrench rabbit. Hard to know who to trust now days. You can buy an s3 piston kit for a good bit cheaper than a vertex, and it comes with an oem ktm wrist pin bearing in the kit. And the piston is a vertex.
Yeah. It’s odd
