it pretty much is a revenge match. In jjk a characters being is the body and the soul. Gojos body and yutas soul so its both Gojo and yuta and seeing as the body is more relevant in the case of combat it makes sense to mainly refer to the body in this scenario
And of course, Sukuna just punched Yuji to the side right before this scene and treat him like the side character he is. Gege writing it as if Yuji's fist wasn't literally inside of Sukuna's chest just a moment ago. I really hope Yuji can setup some big technique, maybe another absolute maximum output blackflash like he did to Mahito, to sucker punch Sukuna or smth while he is busy playing with Yuta.
