Wow Chaba!! What an amazing video. I really love the way you give your personal insights into the situation with our Lord and the way he dealt with the woman. So kind, so merciful ❤The jw elders are the modern day Pharisees and the kingdom halls are the synagogues. Jesus said his followers would be expelled from them. It's so true that the elders can't wait to throw the first stones and if they could, they would nail all true Christians to the cross too. Thanks so much for covering this very important passage of Scripture. Amazing work brother ❤

Thank you Karen! His mercy and grace and LOVE we need to hook onto and let it be our anchor as Hebrews 6:18-20 says.
I've seen how elders dealing with people and with what results... even then it was heart-braking for me to see...! I guess the first seeds of doubts were sown by seeing that up-close...
I pray for the Witnesses to see this and also see the mercy and forgiveness and love that they'll never get from the JW elders, but only from our Saviour Jesus!

Tell me, do Born again vote for their new Human masters? willing to fight for them, kill for them, knowing these ones are liars, deceivers, thieves and murderers who stand against God's kingdom just as Christ pointed out when tested? and later stated we cannot serve two masters! Which Sin I wonder, is greater 'weight for weight' on that day and say... 'did I not do this in your name Lord'!! Those who refuse as imperfect people which god had no choice but to use, or those who 'willingly complied' with this world and its leaders?

@@praiseofhisgrace3178 The point is, if you can't speak for 'others' you call 'fellow believers' then in all reasonableness they must understand Christ's commandments and the scriptures differently.. if so, how can they be true followers of Christ or transformed as you suggest into a oneness? is it fair to ask, into what, or by whom does this randomness of faith belong to?
The more I ask, the more diverse the answers are, like a box of chocolates, one never knows what's inside! it seems a bit of a pick... But, hardly 'unity'... is it? or 'oneness of mind' with Christ's spirit, words, or purpose!

Thanks for your sharing on John 8:1-11. I want to point out that the temple ground is not the one that Soloman built. It was the second temple the people rebuilt after exile, and it was later extensively refurbished by King Herod. It was much bigger and better than the first temple. Thanks again for the good insight!

An often used standard for whether a text in the early manuscripts was spurious or not; was to compare the earliest known manuscripts with the later ones. And more importantly, to consider how the words of the text harmonize with the entire body of Christian teachings; from the gospels thru the apostolic letters. I have to do more research on these manuscripts; but a preliminary examination of the text at John 8: 1-11 only shows that it was not part of the Codex Sinaiticus manuscript. But was a part of other early manuscripts.
As to harmony with the scriptures overall and especially the teachings and spirit of Christ; I think this account CLEARLY harmonizes with Jesus' teachings on dealing with sinners. Just a couple of examples of this are found at Luke 6: 32-37, Luke 7: 36-50, and Luke 15: 1-7. So, they should have kept this text in their revised 2013 NWT as it was in the 1984 reference Bible edition. It completely harmonizes with Jesus' attitudes displayed throughout all of the gospel books. It's not like 1 John 5: 7, where some Bible translations employ spurious and altered words to try and infuse the man made pagan concept of a triune God into scripture.
Yeah, as an ex-JW for 50+ years; I never liked the 2013 revision of the New World Translation, for many reasons I won't get into here. I like the NEV, or "Good News" Bible, and the 1984 NWT versions best. There are several modern-day English translations which lend insight into any passage of scripture; Hebrew or Greek.

      Hello,
Apologies for the late reply my friend.
Couldn’t have put it better myself. Thanks for your thorough and well researched response!
It is totally in line and in accordance and in harmony with Jesus’ s teaching and character, just because it’s not in the Codex Vaticanus/Siniaticus (that already has questionable origins), many of the early Greek manuscripts DO include it, sometimes with a note, that it may be a later addition to the text.
However, as you very nicely pointed out, this passage and encounter is completely in harmony with the Bible’s line of teaching and Jesus’s personality and principles.
Thanks again for this detailed and helpful comment, truly appreciate it.
      Blessings🙏

The New World Translation is but one of the Bible’s that omit these verses on the basis that these verses were not found in the earliest manuscripts. It is wrong to suggest that only the New World Translation omits those verses. And I am not a JW or one of their supporters.

I think this may be a bit misleading. They actually have some facts to back up not including it. Dont get me wrong I am not supporting the organization anymore nor think its the truth, but you should include all of the facts.

We mustn't forget, this organisation has cost the lives of many who put their faith in it.
But we also know that they are mislead and "poor, and blind, and naked", lead by wicked spiritual forces.
I pray even for their leaders to see the truth and stop calling themselves that. There is only one truth: CHRIST JESUS!!!!❤‍🔥🙏💪🙌❤‍🔥❤‍🔥🗡

You have voiced assumptions that cannot be vindicated scripturally. Is that not 'adding to scripture' verbally? Secondly, in the first explanation, you praised the writers and scribes who entered this account, as opposed to condemning the sources of the W.T version. Yet, you forgot to say, that your scribes acknowledged this account may be spurious too? hence why this is entered in brackets in their own versions! nice story granted, But how you presented the facts seems a bit tainted to slander what is already acknowledged by all, for the ignorant as I see in the comments through lack of research and correct understanding of this account and its standing!

Regardless of what bible a person reads they will know the truth if their heart is right. Jesus said at (John 8:32) "and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” If you did the research you would find John 8:1-11 was never part of the original writings like the Maccabees of the Catholic Duey bible. What is more chapter and verses numbering were never part of the original bible writings and was added around 1200AD to bible translations. This is bible 101

If you’d listen to the last video and read the description on this one, my argument was about WT removing it just now, because if they knew all this before (allegedly) then they’ve deliberately and knowingly mislead us with erroneous “translations” over the decades.
Please consider the core principle of the video. That’s more important than arguing over scriptural origins.
      Blessings!🙏
