    I came back to swimming in the last couple of years; for some reason at school they taught us to swim, but never taught us the breathing, so I set myself that challenge, and am making progress. I want to say a heartfelt thank you for all of your informative, and crucially, very interesting videos - they have really inspired me, and are helping me on my path to becoming a better swimmer!

    74 and doing 2500 OWS daily. Great experience

    Well, I am coming up on 74, and still swim 4 to 5 days a week, but took too much time off this summer. Had a guy at the pool ask me if the Olympics inspired me to swim. I said that my inspiration to swim came from Johnny Weissmuller. He said, he hadn't heard that name in a long time. I pretty much agree with all of this, except for the part about having a drink. A bad habit I gave up 35 years ago. If I get to be as old as my dad was before his birth certificate expired, I will still be swimming at age 100.... or more....
