I see you dont have covert training 2 probably the best thing you can get, you wont ever be seen in listen mode while crawling and you get a shiv to start PRO TIP: If someone is wearing armor, shoot the legs it does the same damage. One thing though it definitely is easier to miss shooting the legs but it works.
