Are you craving for a cake and wanted to eat something healthy?
Then try this recipe and make yourself the easiest and quickest dessert!
Cookie Peanut Butter Cake:
4 tbsp oat or spelt flour (4 EL Hafer- oder Dinkelmehl)
1/2 tsp baking powder (1/2 TL Backpulver)
pinch of salt (Prise Salz)
3 tbsp oil (3 EL Öl)
2 tbsp agave syrup or honey (2 EL Agavensirup oder Honig)
1 tbsp peanut butter (1 EL Erdnussmus)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (1/2 TL Vanille Extrakt)
1 egg (1 Ei)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (1 EL Schokodrops Zartbitter)
Microwave for about 60-90 seconds.
Brownie Banana Cake:
1/2 banana (1/2 Banane)
4 tbsp oat or spelt flour (4 EL Hafer- oder Dinkelmehl)
2 tbsp agave syrup or honey (2 EL Agavensirup oder Honig)
2 tbsp oil (2 EL Öl)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (1 EL Backkakao)
1/2 tsp baking powder (1/2 TL Backpulver)
pinch of salt (Prise Salz)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (1/2 TL Vanille Extrakt)
1 egg (1 Ei)
Microwave for about 60-90 seconds.

Both are very tasty❤As a cinnamonohlic I added some cinnamon as well😂 I didn't add any syroup for the banana one since banana is sweet itself. Instead of adding cocoa I added carob and some dark chocolate. I will definitely repeat them both ❤
