Hello Dr. Russ!! This is Kleber, a Brazilian Navy Officer (Naval Aviation) again.. I haven't commented on your videos for a while but I always check them out.. They are very informative!! Greetings from Brazil!!
Adstrengelins ... I remember you well ... particularly from out of the country and military officers. Glad you are staying in contact ... keep us informed of your passion several thousand miles south of us... Dr. Russ
Nirinium ... it is good to hear from you ... and as much as we enjoy travel and doing videos on hunts, there is always something special about being home... Dr. Russ
Bayou Flats ... it is good to hear from you again... thanks for the compliments ...I will soon share all of the items that viewers and I forgot in this initial video... Dr. Russ
After my journey with you i managed to learn how to aim properly learn how my airgun works and that training is absolute, Managed to get a fair amount of crows and magpies a good amount of rats and today 6 in the morning i killed my first snake with the gamo magnum in greece where i live i dont have alot of things to shoot at so most of the time its rats and cans but after putting together all your tips crows now dont come near my place thanks again for the great video sir have a fantastic day
Truly a nice PCP ,adding the two barrels +regulated+6mags is a good deal Dr . But I disagree about the ' regulated' section you mentioned it is a must sir.... As a airgun freak myself it is the ultimate goal for precision and shot count in different situations, meaning I set up my Bullboss.22 unragulated at my 'sweetspot' . She is so precise at 30 yards I got bored shooting with her, 99%hits are for most airgunners almost impossible, so the regulator is not a always needed for accurate shots .. Just modify the things your girl loves and she will return love 💗 💗 to you, but we do love your channel and continue watching.... ThxDr Russ..
Pascal ... the "Must be regulated" is for me and me alone. My 72 deal breaker list is for everybody to determine the 10 to 15 features that they want to look for in their next air gun purchase... Dr. Russ
Glad to see you again Dr Russ its always a pleasure sir. Ive been dealing with my disabilities that can be time consuming and well, life altering to say the least but i find it manageable. I hope your dogs are doing good. We have not got back into the raising of litters yet but i still have my little sidekick George the French Bulldog. He is a God send. Your video's are always more down to earth than any other video channel on airguns. I absolutely love them. Im 61 and have had a passion for them along time indeed. Thank you buddy for the content and the style of your videos
Psycho ... it is good to hear from you and glad that you have managed your thought processes well... I have learned that everyone has some handycaps... too many "well people" have come to me with their private handicaps... worries ... thought processes etc... Keep the Faith ... and always glad to hear from you ... Russ
@russjones6497 thank you sir, I understand some about handicap situations, I have spinal issues to where it was fusing I can't remember the proper punctuation , it got bad enough to have surgery and then osteomyelitis set in and that did a number. Spent most of 2018 in hospital with them damn pic lines but hey I'm still kick'n ,, well maybe not kick'n but the thought is there lol, I keep forgetting you are a Dr but in what field I don't know and really don't care I just love the airguns ....again and again and so on THANK YOU 😊
@@psycho6275 .... we had a saying in the army that I still say to myself, especially as I get older and the aches and pains get greater... "When the going gets tough, the tough keep going." Continue to keep your chin up and a positive attitude. That is how those around you ... see you ... Dr. Russ PS... both my and my wife's doctorate degrees are in "Divinity". We never pastor-ed a church, but counseled many many clergy of all denominations along with parishioners too, never charging anything. Along the way, we started over 20 firms. My real retirement comes from selling them.
@russjones6497 Dr Russ that is one heck of a life well spent my friend. God bless you my brother. Thank you for the advice. One thing I do is keep chugging forwards, I had reverse removed lol. Only thing my issues interfere with is the pain that will build. Those are the times, like today or tomorrow, I go to hospital and get the pain shots. I refuse to keep quantities of pain meds on hand because there to tempting for me to take a pill and feel better. NOPE. don't want that accessibility to dangerous meds. My airguns help direct my mind away from that crap. Use to be all our dogs but it's split between George my Frenchy and my airguns these days. Pardon my long winded self but I'm gonna get off here and yourself and your wife have a blessed day and Praise the Lord for many many more
Hi russ my name is Chris love your videos I just purchased gamo swarm maxima gen 2 17 caliber could you steer me in the right direction would like to upgrade to a beter scope they don’t wanna pay an arm and a leg the one it comes with. It is all right but I’d like to upgrade thank much this is my very first break barrel I am 65 years old are used to have a Sharington blue streak, which they do not make anymore. It was a lot of fun a lot of power getting into air rifles. Now it’s a lot of fun and a lot cheaper than powder Guns I also purchased an extra magazine to goes in the lower stock department.
I could not find the video that you made on storing the guns upside down to keep them clean. I have a gun safe and can not store upside down. So I came up with an easier way. I now use PRESS N SEAL. Goes over the end. Leaves no sticky residue and I leave it on the entire time the gun is outside, no airborne dust. If needed you can shoot through it without affecting the shot.
Gary ... good to hear from you ... and glad you are doing your best to keep that barrel, transfer port, and hammer spring clean. My experience is that barrel lead particles and dirt that are in the barrel now ... can fall back down the barrel and into these air precision parts. Storing upside down has worked the best for me... Dr. Russ
