Hi, thanks for watching! I'm going to say no. Not because iPhone 5s isn't still an awesome device--because it truly is! In terms of design and function, it remains one of the best iPhones ever made, in my opinion. However, Apple is now on iOS 14, and the iPhone 5s is stalled on iOS 12. It still functions well...but you're missing out on all of the newer features that came with iOS 13 and now 14. If budget is the main issue, I recommend iPhone SE. Available at Apple for $399 and perhaps cheaper elsewhere (Best Buy, Cellular providers like, Sprint and Verizon, $349). If a smaller size is your main interest, I recommend iPhone 12 Mini...all of the power of the other "12" models, but in a cute form factor and more affordable price (Currently $579 from Walmart, Verizon and AT&T).
I don't know what to pick. A month ago I wanted the space grey one, and then a week ago I wanted the white one. And now I want the gold one. I don't know what to pick.
I had a similar reaction, Zach =) I wanted silver...then saw the gold and fell in love with that color instantly...and up until launch day, I felt strongly that gold would be my choice...until I held the silver one again. And that was what I ultimately chose! I'll say this...they're all 3 beautiful colors on a well-crafted device...you can't go wrong! :)
Lol...yes, unfortunately the last update for iPhone 5S is iOS 12.5.1, released in January 2021. Still a very functional device! Especially considering it shipped with iOS 7. Thank you for watching and commenting!
