julien is such a great and knowledgeable teacher. explaining WHY they were doing the moves made me take notes for myself because a lot of these moves seem good to know for self defense like the chokehold ?? that is so simple and all it is is hand placement
You can really tell how much he enjoys the sport himself by the way he’s teaching. He’s so passionate about it and is happy to be sharing it’s so sweet
